Fun for young and old.

Fun for young and old.
A little disorienting with so much to see and everything is placed in like a maze.
But very fun, and lots of fun creatures.

The Oceanarium gets 5 stars especially because of the main attraction. We were there exactly at the right time to see the diver feed the fishes. The fish tank is organized like a movie theater with a huge screen. The diver also has a camera so you can see the action up close.

I was a bit disappointed with the announcements about how great it would be there. The aquarium in Copenhagen is way better.
But the entrance fees are too high for what is offered.
For the disabled, it is almost impossible to get a good place to see when feeding the fish.
Overall, disappointing

A very nice aquarium. There are many different types of fish and information terminals. Everything is explained here in a child-friendly way. Outside there are playgrounds and outdoor pools. The feeding in large pools at 1 p.m. is very well done. A visit should definitely be scheduled during a vacation. We were busy for over 5 hours.

Incredible oceanarium / aquarium. Unable to describe! Experience steering a fishing boat into the harbor, feeling different winds in the front of another and feeling the tire crawl under you .... see the lumpfish and sharks, feel the starfish and eat affordable lunch in the restaurant. A perfect stop on your way to or from Skagen. Great for the whole family.

I really liked this aquarium, you can easily spend a day here. Much is done here for the children, children can really learn a lot and have a lot of fun.
Also the view in a few breeding tanks inspired me.
The highlight is the feeding of the sunfish and the rays.

Interesting visit, particularly suitable for families with children; allows you to spend a good couple of hours disconnected from the world. Too bad for the price: excessive for the product offered.

Fantastic nice staff who let my deaf brother come in for free. This place has the largest aquarium in Northern Europe. And great exhibits of various fish and sea animals. It feels like a little adventure trip under and over the sea. A place for people of all ages. Family friendly place. There is also a nice souvenir shop with lots of exciting goods.

Really exciting place, lots to look at and use the time for, both for the little ones and the slightly bigger ones. Treasure hunt as part of the visit with accompanying diploma, was well thought out. Personally, I think it was a bit too much museum over the place, rather than seeing animals or trying things out with water and animals. And then I'm not a fan of the giant screen, with animals from all over the world swimming around, and there was just one employee standing and telling from a movie.

Simply an excellent aquarium with excellent communication and beautiful surroundings. Our kids at 3 and 5 were barely able to pull out again. Free borrow strollers for the little ones (we also had a baby with). Nice More

Why is the touchpool unguarded? A lot of parents don t have the common sense to keep their children from picking up starfish and other sea animals, and even give the wrong example to their children. At least one dead starfish in the pool, probably because it was taken out of the water. It s a strange way to teach children about sea life by letting them touch and poke the animals, but if you re gonna do it at least make sure there s an employee preventing people and their kids from taking the animals out of the water and let them starve to death.
Also, the smaller aquariums are way too small and crowded for the fish that are supposed to live there.

Really nice place! It takes about three hours to get it all, so you can easily have a really nice afternoon to go there. I did not eat at the place when it smelled a little ugly of frying around the cafe, but you can only have a small lunch package. Exciting place, very child friendly.

Fish from the North Sea are "presented" and you also get a look behind the scenes. There is no nemo or a dory, but cod, plaice, sharks, rays, mackerel, eel, etc. There are also information boards on the history of fishing in German, Danish and English. Even if many think it would be expensive, I personally find it better, like in Sealife or similar aquariums.
