Store Mgr was a nightmare Dry Noodles under cooked for even
Al Dente...Dry on top of that. Issue...he REFUSED to give me more Sauce. He was SO SO SO Rude. I threw mine away and told him I would NOT BE BACK.
He gave me some excuse that the sauces are weighed out and all done the same.
NONSENSE.
I FREQUENT SEVERAL NOODLES & COMPANIES ALL OVER GREATER DENVER.
HESCDEF NOT A GOOD MGR OR PEOPLE PERSON.
SOMETIMES MGR GOES TO THEIR HEAD.
HEVWAS AN AREA MGR SAID HIS MGRS WERE BACK COOKING...
WOW. SAD. THEY SUCK AT COOKING.

Not alot of parking. I had to park at Walgreens the last time I ate here

We got two orders. Mine was spicey asian. The noodles were over done ie mushy. The other order had some overly dry cavatapi noodles. This used to be a favorite chain as it was a first memory of ours. I am not sure I want to try it again as the consistency has waned.

The worst noodles and company I've been to. Staff was incredibly rude. The food I got had no sauce, and the meat was really old and slightly cold. I highly recommend avoiding this dump

Comfort food! Love the Korean BBQ though I prefer the oudon noodles. Stroganoff is tasty as is the BBQ pork mac.

Descent food and great staff, what a change from NAC located in Aurora

Wow, get it together Noodles and Company the entire restaurant smelled like hot A**. You know its bad when you go to bathroom and see a 12 inch turd floating in the toilet and it still smelled better then the inside of your establishment. I could never dine in there.

Ordered to go and it is soooo burnt. Blackened penne Rosa is disgusting.

I like the food, but corporate won't allow tips! so the employees don't last long enough, nor have motivation to get good

The service here is amazing! I don't know the girls name but she has blond hair and had two braids. She was so sweet, polite and attentive to us. I appreciated the service!

I have been coming to this noodles for a long time and it used to be good. Recently, every single time I order anything, something is wrong with it. It is never prepared correctly where they either forget dishes entirely or decide not to add things that you pay extra for. When you take it back and request they fix it, they badmouth the customer where THEY CAN HEAR and are extremely rude for something that is their mistake.

This noodles is now the worst noodles I have ever been to. There are several other that are around with better service and employees. NEVER go to this noodles unless you have to and if you do, ALWAYS check ALL of your food before you leave otherwise when you request them to fix it, they WILL badmouth you.

Had the spicy Korean Beef noodles. Very tasty and the service was quick and friendly.

Honestly I see this food chain everywhere and I don't see why. The price and service are good but the noodles are mediocre. I suppose if you love Kraft Mac n Cheese this place will be a hit.

I had never been before and my cousin strongly suggested it, I ended up loving it!

I d gone out for drinks and was feeling only slightly hungry as I walked past this establishment on my way to my hotel. It wasn t busy so I popped in. The girl behind the counter was very pleasant, I said it was my first visit so she offered me a hand menu rather than have me focus on the menu hanging above the register. When I decided upon the lemongrass chicken soup she suggested I try a sample as some folks find it spicy. I was really grateful as I tend to avoid spicy food. Turns out it was just fine for me but I was so pleased that she gave me the chance to find out first. I took the soup to go and I must say although it was the small option it was absolutely perfect for me and really not my idea of small! Perfect late evening meal!

Presley is so hospitable and makes a great impression for Noodles. She's also talented at crafting unique/off-menu dishes when asked. Definitely try out her flavoring skills!

Had a problem with online ordering and didn't have my wallet in store to pay/order again. The manager immediately comped my meal and treated me with kindness and respect during an embarrassing moment for me. Food was excellent as always. GREAT NEW LOCATION! EXCELLENT STAFF!! Thanks.

service was good, and I didn't have any issues with ordering. I got the Pad Thai for the first time at this location and it was quite good. Very fresh tasting, and the flavor was good, if not a little different from other pad thai I've had.

Came here to eat and the food was very good but the custumer service was terrible. The manager was yelling at a customer, cussing , and saying things loud enough for the restraunt to hear. Later on , I saw the manager run out to a parked car and what looked like a deal of some sort. Handed money and took something and came back in. All the employees were great and very pleasant. The main manager wasn't there helping his employees for over the two hours I stayed.

Sauce not very good on Pasta Rosa. It's usually pretty good

Great atmosphere, fantastic service, awesome food and more than fair prices. Always loved this place.

It's a noodles and company. It's good, fast, and cheap. What more can you ask for?

I absolutely love Noodles. Their restaurants are always kept clean, the design and the feel is modern yet homey, and the staff are friendly. We also can't forget the great food! They serve great food in generous portions for a good price. Take a visit, I recommend it!

Was very concerned about the fact that the food prep guy was not wearing gloves. And that the cashier was taking money and bagging food at the same time!

Noodles and company is a place where I go often. They have a very good variety of different foods and they make very unique and diverse dishes. Is would recommend going there with people who are food lovers like myself.

Love the food but hate how people rush you it's not even near closing time and the keep coming like can I get your plate while it eating then coming back offering a lid for the kids meal like we haven't been here long

My family and I are vegetarians and there are only a few places we eat out at.Noodles being one of them.

Noodles opened up a new location in Denver, Colorado at Leetsdale & Cherry. I went went there for the first time several months ago. I ordered Stroganoff and alfredo both with no meat. I received the order to go and I usually check but I asked the employee if it was without meat and they reassured me that there was no meat.

I made it to my car when the employee came running out to say there was meat in the food so they remade the order. Everything was fine. On 11/18/2017 my family and I decided to return to the same Noodles location to dine in. My family and I are Hindu and that is one of the reasons we do not eat meat.

We ordered the Stroganoff and Alfredo without meat as usual. I double checked the food and it seemed ok until I went try some my daughters Stroganoff which I found steak at the bottom of the bowl. I was not happy to find this and I asked for the manager. I explained that we are Hindu and this was not acceptable.

I asked him if he would serve pork to a Jewish person as it was the same. He corrected the order said he would credit our money which never actually happened. I wrote the corporate office which never got back with me. Noodles was one of our favorite places to eat.

But now we will never return there.

It s cold outside and they are inexplicably blasting the AC..? Then they ran out of forks and I waited so long for one that my food was cold. Not that that took too long since it s freezing in here. Everyone is wearing parkas to eat their food.

Staff is friendly and great but they don t know how to fully cook the food. Every time I come and add chicken to any dish it s raw. I m afraid to ask for shrimp.

I have had mediocre experiences at other locations but the Leetsdale and Cherry location is the best. Amazing service from a young woman with blonde hair, bangs and braided pigtails. Thank you so much.

My soup was sent to me cold. Had to ask for another and the lady manager just gave me a look and asked me to wait. Then the potstickers I ordered were flat and squishy. I asked them for new ones since the ones I received didn't have anything inside, again I was served nasty potstickers. I sent them back and didn't receive a refund. I dont care keep my money I won't ever come here again. Brett was amazing with customer support and was kind. Thank you Brett

Everything I have tried on the menu has been very good. Look forward to trying something new next time.

This isn't a knock at noodles directly, as much as it is the location. It is absolutely stupid to try to get to the store itself as the entrances for the parking lot are inconvenient. And inconvenient paths usually end up with shops closing shortly after opening. So we'll see how long this location lasts purely on bad city planning.

Usually get pretty quick service but the last time I was there service was horrible. 6 people walked in the after me and all got their mail before me. Instead of apologizing to say we forgot do you manager made up an excuse that they were making my steak fresh. It was 15 minutes from placing my order to receiving my meal. No place that I know of takes 15 minutes to make chopped steak. You're better than that noodles simple apologies go a long way!

Better than other locations I've visited, most notably the Noodles nearby on Colorado Blvd.

Mike is an absolute sweetheart! I am always and immediately greeted with enthusiasm when he is at the register or behind the register helping out the team. I always tell my close friends and coworker that they have the best customer service here and always gets my food out hot and fresh. I always enjoy coming here even when I'm not feeling 100%. Thank you Mike, Tyler, and the the staff here at this location! Please keep up the excellent work!

This restaurant used to be very good. The last three times I've eaten here, the food is tasteless and the presentation of the food is very disappointing. Won't return anymore.

If I can come here everyday... I would. The shrimp pan-fried rice noodles were delicious. As well as the beef noodle soup. Sometimes it's packed but if you come on a weekday, it shouldn't be so bad. It's well worth the trip though. And if you get the right seat, you could see them hand pulling the noodles.

Pathetic attempt at fast-casual dinning. 25 + minutes for a couple of salads on a Tuesday at 11:30 with the joint basically empty. This is no exaggeration.

This was my favorite noodles & co in the whole state until yesterday. I used to take my lunch and also to go each week, sometimes two times a week. I won't be going to this place ever again. During my yesterday's visit I saw two of the cooks getting the cooked noodles with their bare hands, without gloves. One of the cooks was wearing jewelry while touching the food with bare hands. I got served yesterday cold and sticky noodles. They apologised for the cold and sticky rice noodles telling me they have new people in training, the whole time I was there I never took my eyes from them, 6 staff members looking they are more involved in group talking, texting, checking phones, touching the noodles with bare hands, anything's else, but not checking the food temperature! They disappointed me big time. I completed the survey thinking that the survey will reach the corporate office, but instead it reached this local store. I will never ever stop to take my lunch at this location. Hopefully they will do the best they can to improve and not make a bad name for this reputable noodles company.
