Scammers.
This is for Ronald Kin Kwok Wong that works at Homelife/bayview realty inc. This sale rep and this whole company are all scammers.
I wish i could give them a negative review. What a big waste of my time dealing with these scammers!

Really unprofessional HR. They saw my resume on a job board, so they message me to have an interview. After took the ttc and waited for the viva for 30mins under super hot weather, I have to took an uber, bc I don't want to be late. The hr gave me an attitude start from the beginning after I said hi. She asked for my resume, looked at it and ask are you going back to school? I said I will go back to school in September, she replied :
I never say this is a summer position job, how are you gonna work if you are still in school? This is a serious job with intense training and it's not that kind of job you can joke around.

OH COME ON , don't you look at resume before you start asking people for interview? Super irresponsible! And she give my resume back. Don't you even try to pretend to be a bit professional ?

Olga is the most unprofessional woman I have ever met. An internal review would be ideal, to prove how she treats her colleagues in the workplace. Verbally demeaning others is not the way to interact.

Have bought 4 properties with the brokerage and have never had a single complaint. Would highly recommend over and over again!

I am an agent working here with this brokerage for last 15 years. Why? As a buyer and an agent after, this is the best brokerage company to work with in town.. The better office environment, efficient business process and very helpful managers and friendly staffs. Here we have over 700 agents and I don't think they are all stupid to work here for many years if this is not a good brokerage to work with. Everyone's experience, as a buyer, seller or agent with this brokerage could be different, but I would say that this is a very reasonable and caring company in town as far as I know.

Anita Ghaemian & Philip Sum are the reps. who were the people that don't reply to their e-mails for my inquiries, there is only an automated reply asking what time is best to call me, and that's all. Days and days passed i sent couple of e-mails for 199 Acton Avenue, eventually the answer i got was "house is rented starting today".. Professionalism is crawling down on the ground here!! and someone who rated 5star below just tryna get a promotion obviously hahah....
Update: After i saw the same house listed on ForestHill site, guess what the freaking house was not rented out!!!!!!! YOU LIARS

I was very sceptical of this location at first, given their bad google reviews, however, I decided to give this place a chance regardless and to my surprise, I was impressed. My agent Reza mogadasszadeh was one of the more professional agents I've encounted over the last decade in the market. There was a lot at stake on my end regarding a suite's offer, however, Reza was able to secure a great offer for me including hours of negotiations on his end which ultimately led to discounts for me. Overall, I was more than happy to give this place a chance, thank you Reza.

BUYERS AND SELLERS beware.
Deal with this brokerage ONLY if you enjoy your time being wasted, money being wasted, concerns not cared for, dealing with crooks, and lastly, being disrespected by both the agent(s) and the Broker of Record.

I have done many transactions with the brokerage, my agent, receptionist, manager and broker were very helpful. Highly recommend this brokerage.

This agency is very unprofessional I have tried to set up a viewing at 2800 HOLBORN rd anticipation of purchasing a facility I dealt with Arbi haroutinan Who has promised to set up a viewing with taking appropriate protocol for COVID seriously. No response was given and I contacted a supervisor which was very rude and also hung up the phone . Go anywhere else ! Be very aware of this company

Our first hand experience with this realtor was bar none above excellence! The sales agent was professional, courteous, and very resourceful. From one phone call, to several emails, to multiple showings, to the final closing of the sale, (buy & Sell) everything was meticulously executed without a hitch. Experience really does make a difference. Without the sales agent (Goldie), the process would've been very time consuming and less gratifying. Thank you again. Highly recommended. Bravo!! :)

Iris is the most unprofessional women I have ever dealt with. Avoid her at all costs. I rented off a property and she for whatever reason was the one dealing with everything and she was very inappropriate asking questions that are WAY beyond her business when renting a unit.

I also find it hilarious the only good review is by an employee LOL. How much did she get paid to do that? So sad lol!

Front desk reception service is disgusting. Hung up on me when I called to express my concern about their inability to book an appointment.

If you enjoy dealing with crooks, this brokerage might be right for you. Agents beware

I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Yuri Polansky who is a rep working at this brokerage.
BEWARE of dealing with Yuri Polansky. Read below:

Yuri was representing a 'very motivated' seller of a property, and during negotiation he volunteered to pay a buyers rebate upon closing if we made a firm offer at a certain price point and the deal was signed.
This is exactly what we did, but the very next day Yuri contacted my representative and said that he is "waiving the buyers rebate". He then refused to pay the rebate upon closing.
Granted, we took Yuri at his word, thinking that someone who works in this profession would have a good sense of professionalism and ethics. We were wrong.

Although Yuri makes you beleive he is a honest and righteous individual when it suits him, his actions state otherwise.

BEWARE of dealing with Yuri Polansky.
