The second and will probably be the last:

They insisted on sending products of the first purchase to my old address.
I explained to the carrier that it was not my current address.
I explained to the seller that it was not my current address or correct products.
They sent the wrong order again and questioned what the customer explained.
I wanted the payment back and they told me they would check their account.

After several emails (the last unanswered) and several calls for 1 month and a half.
I received the order correctly with gifts.

Anyway, I want to say that they know how to sell very well and have very cute products.

I wish I could give ZERO stars for the joke of a customer service I have experienced so far. Ordered something back in November, delivery to my home wasn't able to complete - amazingly, nobody at the company seemed to know who their partner courier was in a different country and couldn't track the shipment. Needless to say the merchandise was returned to their warehouse a month later.
After a chain of 15 emails and always having to send 2-3 emails before receiving any a reply, I am STILL WAITING for my refund, it has been over 3 months now.
I used to like the products they offer but with this kind of negligence and attitude towards a customer I will never be buying anything from them again.
Where is my refund Nobodinoz?????????????

Poor customer service. I've been waiting for a refund of some products that I bought and returned, two months ago. They do not answer to the emails and on the phone they only give you long, they take you like a fool telling you that yes, that same day they will make the refund but I still do not receive it.
It seems inadmissible to me that such a brand treats its clients so badly. The return of the product and not having received the refund is considered ROBO, and as a consequence of this, I will report this case to FACUA.
I encourage all customers who have the same with this company, to report their case to that organization.

I placed an order on August 20th and haven't heard back until today (September 13th). E-mail sent to inquire if everything went well (order and payment), no response. After 3 weeks decided to call anyway, you will be told that there is no one present or the number does not exist (my Spanish is not very good). I recently read the same story in another review on Google, only that a package was suddenly delivered after 5-6 weeks. Let's hope this is the case with me too

I called on the phone and wrote an email to Nobodinoz and the girls helped me at all times, always very kind looking for a solution so that my package arrived as soon as possible (it was a gift for a birth party). I love the brand, the products are beautiful and the values are wonderful, and the excellent customer service. I will buy again if I have to make more gifts of things for babies or for the house :)

I ordered some baby things months before our baby was due. When they came I washed them ONCE, SEPARATELY and FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS: they came out like they were second hand, the fabrics were completely full of fluff.
No one answered to my facebook customer service messages, no one picked up my calls and I got one answer from one email after a month and a half asking for pictures (that I had already send in my first email). Then silence again. The things are cute but not worth the price and the customer service doesn't care about doing a good job. I will never buy from them again and already discouraged friends from doing so.
