The best trailers in the business. Great service and a pleasure to deal with. The tour of the factory was really impressive!!

A very high turnover rate, management only uses employees, pay mediocre, and the benefits are awful not to mention the hours are long with no notice.

Customer service is very unprofessional and impolite.

To say that I'm thoroughly disappointed with Mac service would be a huge understatement! We took a tri-axle out to Mac from eastern pa with an agreement that it would take 2-3 weeks to build a body for it if we got it in before the spring rush. Three months later having run out of patience we contacted them for the third or fourth time to try to get answers once. Only to find out they claim it fell through the system and they've lost the work order and everything. They claimed it would take another 2 months to get it built. REALLY Mac c'mon!!!! That's five months to get a body built that was supposed to take 2-3 weeks.Were planning to go get the truck this weekend and we're putting a Ravens bed on it. We're just a small company with 13 trucks so clearly they can do without us,but I think that you shouldn't have to bring 20 trucks in at a time to be recognized! We run all Ravens beds on our tri-axle's now and thats not going to change anytime soon!! We run one half-round Travis right now and I was hoping to build a Mac for my next trailer but clearly that would be silly for me to ever deal with them again!

Great looking trailers ,constantly improving designs when possible. I even received a plant tour when I picked up the last trailer. Very impressive operation.

This manufacturer is the best in the transportation industry. Their products are top grade and the service is without equal.
