Rooster's has catered events at work twice now, and this week they outdid themselves. Fresh salads, flavorful roasted vegetables, savory beef tenderloins, tender salmon filets. Everything was perfection! I'm definitely going to make time to come by the restaurant and enjoy the atmosphere to go with the delicious food.

What a great dining experience! Amazing service from Patrick and the noble grill team. Had our 10 year anniversary and the went above and beyond. Hats off to the Chef, an amazingly fresh menu with great execution. The grouper dish with the beans and ramps was out of sight. We are fortunate to have this restaurant in town and looking forward to bringing the kids for patio happy hour!
Popped in for a "later" small plate dinner. We sat at the bar. Great drinks and bar staff very personable. My crab cake with succotash was excellent. My husband said his combo of okra and peppers with his scallops may have been best ever. Plus with parking deck we didn't have to walk in hurricane Florence rain!
A little pricey but I feel that you do get what you pay for. Good food and atmosphere.
What happened to good chef? What happened to food presentation? Don t serve ribeye cut in half..please I like my ribeye med rare- rare not well done..

Food: Heavenly. Waitress: Friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. Atmosphere: Fancy and gorgeous. The one single problem was how long it took to do much of anything. They seemed a bit shorthanded maybe. Absolutely come here if you want decadent food and nice staff. Don't come here if you have a twenty minute lunch break.
Besides, food this good should be savored.

Odd experience. My wife's crabcakes were lump crab and no obvious breading. My flatiron filet was flat amazing. However the atmosphere was somewhere between fine dining and Applbee's. Dimly lit, well dressed greeters and seaters, but the wait staff wore t-shirts with writing and it was bar-loud. Once they decide what kind of restaurant they want to be they will be over the top. Right now, they are only "good".

Stopped for lunch on our way from Raleigh to Asheville. The patio was quiet, cool, & surrounded by gorgeous box gardens from which the chefs use fresh herbs. Our waiter was great, as was the food. A terrific break from the road!
I ordered a smoked and spiced wing yesterday evening. more than half of the wings were raw meat inside. Only the outside was smokey, and the inside was raw. It was obviously raw meat, not undercooked. It's a recipe for cooking chicken for a long time with smoked. but it's definitely wrong to give it raw meat. I told the waitress but she didn't check her meat condition, just explained how to cook. It's not the right attitude. It is basic to check the condition of the food when a customer raises a problem about the dish. Anyone can make mistakes. But the way to solve it should be humble. The sourdough bread served before meal was excellent. So I was looking forward to a good time, but it was a disappointing dinner. That meal was our first meal out after COVID-19 started.

My daughter and son-in-law took me to Roosters for my birthday last weekend. What a great experience! The service was great - very knowledgeable with great suggestions. The food was full of flavor (I had the shrimp and grits which were great) And the view is nice - nice large windows - we could see the night sky. Will def go again.

One of the best steaks I have had in my life. It took a little bit to come out, but was totally worth it. Plenty of outstanding appetizers and great drinks while we waited. Good enough to be the event for the night, not just the meal before an event.

I wasn t impressed but then again I m kinda spoiled. Winston-Salem has very few places that classify as fine dining by definition. In my opinion (although this does meet culinary standards) it doesn t have much value. What I mean by that is four scallops is NOT a large plate but more an appetizer. I m appalled by the sub par service we experienced and I m comparing it to many wonderful places like the Angus Barn, Bellinis, Village Tavern, Ryan s etc.. Took 10 minutes to see a server another 10 or so for bread and the same for drinks plus add the fact that we weren t even asked if we d like an appetizer and the wait on food. We won t be returning.
The food was delicious! We went to celebrate my daughter's college graduation & were not disappointed. When our party of 13 arrived, they were busy. It took the waittress awhile to get back to take our food order after bringing our drinks out. The manager brought out 4 appetizers for us at no charge & sent a young man to take our order. The young man (I believe he's a busboy) & manager went well above & beyond to give us excellent service. We will definitely be back!

Pale semblance of Noble's, its former incarnation. Filets were taller than they were wide, and they weren't that tall. Still can't figure out how it was possible to take so long on such a simple order when there were at most two other occupied tables at the same time that evening. Used to frequent the established before the rebranding. Haven't been back since. Run fast, run far.
Food was good, service was mediocre at best. For the money, you can do better.
Geat concept. Open floorpan leaves your neighbors conversation easily overheard. Felt rushed on a friday night. Ordered medium rare ny strip (@$48) No sidea mind you. Came out rare at best and very greasy liked the basted it in duck fat. disappointed overall

I realize during COVID-19 that take-out is at an all new level for restaurants and requires a lot more "to go" plates, boxes, bags, etc. However, I recently purchased $75 in food and it was delivered to my car in brown card board boxes. No plates (plastic, styrofoam or otherwise) and after paying this much for quality food and eating it off cardboard was not tasty and very disappointing! I don't recommend ordering take-out from Rooster's. I have no idea if this is their normal protocol or just a result of COVID-19 when supplies are limited.

Their tomato bisque is a must try. The best tomato bisque that I have ever tasted. Very courteous staff and a nice ambience.

The food is absolutely excellent - if that's your only criteria it gets a full five stars. The meats and cheeses on the charcuterie board we put together were all very flavorful and unique. The short rib melts in your mouth and even something silly like the yukon potatoes blew us away. I was full but I couldn't stop eating. They lost a star for ambiance and timing issues. When we walked through the door we were hit with a comforting warmth filled with delicious smells... but after the outside winter chill wore off it was too warm, especially if you want to enjoy a few glasses of red. It's loud - we were fine but I wouldn't take anyone of advanced age there, my mom wouldn't hear a thing all night. We ordered a charcuterie board and wine first and the server told us warm bread was coming out of the oven - it took over 10mins to bring the wine, almost 20 for the board, and the bread never came. We weren't in a hurry and would have overlooked that but then our salads arrived only about 5mins into our charcuterie... so the timing was just off. But our server was awesome - funny and attentive - so he made it nice. Overall we had a great night and a fantastic meal so I would highly recommend.

Wife and I loved this place. Their Pimento Cheese appetizer is to die for. Also their tomato soup is wonderful. The food is not cheap, but it was all very well put together and the service was top notch.

Nobles grill or now roosters has great food always has I enjoyed my dining experience tonight it never disappoints I just need to start going there more than I usually go there
I really liked this restaurant, their food is locally sourced mostly and you can tell the chefs but a lot of effort in their food. I had a pizza and wings and it was very good full of flavor.
