I ordered a smoked and spiced wing yesterday evening. more than half of the wings were raw meat inside. Only the outside was smokey, and the inside was raw. It was obviously raw meat, not undercooked. It's a recipe for cooking chicken for a long time with smoked. but it's definitely wrong to give it raw meat. I told the waitress but she didn't check her meat condition, just explained how to cook. It's not the right attitude.
