FYI - the "secure" facility where they store your valuables, is the merely taped off area (NO LOCKERS) in the back room of the picture in the building

We used No Problem Movers because of an employee discount and it was a great experience. They packed and moved us without issue and even when there was more stuff than they expected, they didn t complain and took care of it. They were responsive and friendly. Would use them again for sure!

Simple request take items back to warehouse properly clean items bring back to centre.
The company brings back items non cleaned.
Terrible service place should be shut down.

No Problem Movers were selected by our Project Manager to put our furniture and belongings back in place after a restoration process. My husband and I would like to thank Ariel, Fermin and Romone for their diligence, hard work and time management skills. They were done and cleaned up prior to the estimated timeline. In particular, we were quite particular about our dining room hutch, living room area rug and a few other items and they were patient and respectful at all times. We wouldn t hesitate to use this company again.

We had No Problem Movers move us from Sunnyvale to Cameron Park. They were fantastic and fast in loading the truck and very careful. Shout out to Nate and Paul you two were great.

The experience I had with No problem was exceptional from start to finish. Ravneet was quick in finding us movers at the last minute when previous movers True Maple Moving canceled less than 24 hours before our move. She confirmed the estimate and time within less than an hour.
Romone and his team of 2 arrived before time and worked efficiently and professionally to load all items and unload at the drop off location. They took real care of our items and assembled all furniture as well.
I highly recommend their services and if needed we will surely call them first!

Can't thank the team of No Problem Movers enough. They were very professional throughout starting from quoting till getting paid. Abbas, the manager was super helpful and detailed to the extent giving us suggestions on how we can optimize. The quote was for 6 hours and we got all done within 5 hours!!
The team of 3 people (Rocky, Sohail and Surinder) who came for our move very dedicated and super quick. Had a wonderful seamless experience with them for my move.

I had my move on Saturday. the team was on time and they were extremely efficient and moved fast. the wrapped and protected all our furniture and electronics. The new house was a bit tricky to enter the furniture as it's 1 2.5 stories with many stairs that are a bit narrow and curved. however, they were extremely smart in handling that and were able to put all the furniture in its place without any damages. Kudos to Rocky, Dharamvir and Devander :)

This was my first move in this country and I was super nervous. The owner Raz actually came to my house during the move and was a huge moral support. A HUGE shout out to Raz, Claire, Rocky and team. You guys are simply awesome. Packing and moving was done seamlessly. And most important you all had a smile on your face all the time. The overall experience has left a lovely feeling in my mind. Would surely recommend No Problem Movers for anybody who wants no problems during their move.

I just completed my move with No Problem Movers. My experience was positive.

Setting up the move via phone was very pleasant. I discussed pricing details with Abbas and we even discussed company's reviews to go over my concerns. This experience was positive.

On the day of the move, movers showed up on time. We reviewed the contract and everything was as originally discussed.

We did a house walk through and then started work. All 3 guys were very nice and it was a positive experience.

We moved a half-empty ( I filled a 16 foot POD for house staging before the move) 3 bdrm 1700 sq feet house with 3 movers in about 6 hours on a hot August day. They used a 24' truck and it was filled front to back with about a 2/3 height wise.

We moved 20 pieces of furniture, ~50 heavy boxes, a heavy treadmill, 2 TVs and a few pieces of art. Everything survived the move except for one chipped piece of furniture.

This to me is a success.

Moving tip: only use strong moving boxes (I prefer the Home Depot ones) which can be loaded without having to worry about the bottom falling out. You can get them at Home Depot or on Kijiji from someone else who moved.

We recently used No Problem Movers for a long distance move from Brampton to Port Elgin. This is a 2.5 hour drive. We could not have been more happy with the service and the 2 workers who helped. [ Ramon and Gaston ] Special mention to Ramon for his professionalism and extreme politeness. I would highly recommend No Problem Movers if you are looking for a fast and efficient move. We will not hesitate to use them again in the future.

I thought the movers did a good job. When they moved my stuff in and out it was done very professional. They covered the floors with blankets to protect the wooden floors as they brought items into my place. I think i use them again if I had to move again.

I was hesitant to enlist the services of a moving company since I had never used one before. I called No Problem Movers because of a discount offered through my employer. I spoke with Abbas and he was very polite, professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and ready to answer all of my questions. He explained the process clearly and disclosed all costs that would be involved. He even went out of his way to accommodate my schedule and have movers available with only two days' notice.

The movers, Vik and Serge, arrived at my two bedroom apartment just a few minutes early and immediately got to work. They moved our heavy furniture with care and did not damage any of our belongings. They were speedy and very professional, finishing the job within the time that was quoted.

Overall, I was very pleased with the service, and I would highly recommend No Problem Movers. Great job to the team and thanks so much for all of your help!

No Problem movers is a very professional Moving Company. They know exactly what they are doing and are very friendly.

This Company will not return my calls. I've had to file a Police report for the missing items. Also get a lawyer involved. This company was paid $10,000.
Company was hired for a fire restoration move. Remove furniture and clothing and household items. Catalogue it all and send out to be cleaned, inspected and then stored.
Moving in date came. They never showed up. It took thee other dates before getting my belongs. Most of the furniture damaged, missing or belonging to some one else. Broken lamps and other items.
Furniture or clothing was never cleaned as contracted.
Company refuses to return calls.

My recent move was my second time using No Problem Movers and again they were fantastic. The three men showed up early, and had already taken it upon themselves to get the moving elevator organized and set up with the concierge in my building before they showed up at my door. They were also clean, showered and had shirts that looked like they were taken care of - not like something that was just pulled out of a dirty laundry bin, which has been my experience with so many other moving companies before. The team was also very efficient and friendly. Will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

I booked No Problem Movers for my long distance move from Toronto to Regina through a corporate relocation program. I had quotes from 2 other companies as well and the estimate price was about the same, but the delivery day was much sooner with No Problem Movers , it was supposed to arrive the latest by December 4th.
Abbas was very courteous to reply all my questions is details and addressed all my concerns, so after I ve done my due diligence the move date was confirmed on Nov 24th, 2017 just to have a completely different company show up at my door on the move day. It was Atlantic Van Lines . I had no chance to research the company and when I called Abbas he assured me that everything will be all right. He said that they acquired this company recently for their long distance moves. So, all my belongings were loaded in the truck and off they went. That was the end of the happy story of relocation
I need to mention, my initial estimate was based on 5000 lbs, but then I was told my actual weight came up with 6360 lbs. That was suspicious to me, but I couldn t even imagine how far it will go! Nothing arrived on December 4th! The delivery happened on December 12, that s a week later!!! We had rented apartment from the 1st of the month, but had to live in a hotel for 12 days. And the customer service from Abbas seemed to fade away. He didn t return my calls or emails anymore. When I googled Atlantic Van Lines terrifying reviews came up including CBC marked place investigation on forging scale reading.
On the delivery date I asked to re-scale the truck with my furniture and after unloading at my own expense. I spend on the phone about 30 minutes listening to their arguments, bur nothing seemed to work, they wouldn t let me to re-scale my belongings. So, I asked them to give me a written statement that they refuse to re-scale my items. That s when everything has changed. I had a call from Renne General Operations Manager of Atlantic Van Lines who reimbursed me over $1,100 CAD and offered to change my estimate based on the original 5000 lbs.

If I was asked: would I recommend No Problem Movers definitely NOT!!! Stay as far as you can from them!!! They are as much fraud as Atlantic Van Lines .

It s been nothing but PROBLEM with them!!!

Really disappointed. Although we did not use their service - I wanted to comment on my experience with dealing with the company. This moving company came recommended from my work as we have a perk discount associated with them (25% discount). I requested an estimate via their online platform twice and never received a response either by email or phone. While other companies responded under 24 hrs. After a few days following my initial estimate request, I called the company directly - verbally requesting a quote for my long distance move, gave a general inventory list and mentioned my company s perk discount code. The woman I spoke to said she would pass along my information to the representative and I would hear back shortly. 24hrs later still no call or email - so I decided to call again. This is when I was told that they were not doing any long distance moves at this time... my move date is approximately 4 month s away and they advertise long distance moves?? So super confused and disappointed with the lack of professionalism and the fact that I needed to chase them for 5 days to get an answer. My honest opinion is that I think they did not want to honour my perk discount. At this point would not recommend.

Excellent service, very professional, we were very happy, everything was properly marked and wrapped, the crew was very professional, didn't even come inside with dirty shoes, they assembled back everything took the garbage away, we were very happy, highly recommended, reasonable charge for the service provided, definitely using them next time when needed.

Nir and Ahmed can to help us with our move. They did an amazing job. Hustled to work fast knowing the charges are by the hour. The two gave us advice on how we can help them be efficient and we're very curtious.
