Really disappointed. Although we did not use their service - I wanted to comment on my experience with dealing with the company. This moving company came recommended from my work as we have a perk discount associated with them (25% discount). I requested an estimate via their online platform twice and never received a response either by email or phone. While other companies responded under 24 hrs. After a few days following my initial estimate request, I called the company directly - verbally requesting a quote for my long distance move, gave a general inventory list and mentioned my company s perk discount code. The woman I spoke to said she would pass along my information to the representative and I would hear back shortly. 24hrs later still no call or email - so I decided to call again. This is when I was told that they were not doing any long distance moves at this time... my move date is approximately 4 month s away and they advertise long distance moves?? So super confused and disappointed with the lack of professionalism and the fact that I needed to chase them for 5 days to get an answer. My honest opinion is that I think they did not want to honour my perk discount. At this point would not recommend.
