I HAVE ATTACHED PIX FOR MY REAR LEFT AND RIGHT MOTIVO'S DRIVEN ONLY 6,000 MILES FROM FEBUARY 2017 TO MARCH 2018. MY COMMUTE IS 32 MILES ROUND TRIP AND I DON'T EVEN DRIVE MY M3 EVERYDAY. ALL THE SUSPENSIONS ARE BRAND NEW SACHS. I DRIVE SPIRITEDLY BCZ ITS A PERFORMANCE CAR AND NITTO'S OFFERED VERY GOOD GRIP. SADLY, NITTO WILL NOT HONOR THEIR 50% WARRANTY IF THE TIRE WEAR IS NOT PERFECTLY EVEN. JUDGE FOR YOURSELF AND LOOK AT THE ATTACHED PICTURES OF MY TIRES. IF YOURS LOOK WITH UNEVEN WEAR, THEY WILL NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTY LIKE CONTINENTALS.

Dear Nitto Customer Service,
This is in regards to the 4 Nitto Motivo tires (2pcs: 245/40 R17 & 2pcs: 225/45 R17) I bought at American Tires on 02/11/2017 and installed on my 1997 BMW M3 with 4 certificates for refund and replacement. I had 162,071 miles when the tires were installed and today have driven about 171,000 miles.
I brought back my M3 to have my rear tire replaced on 03/7/2018 at the same American Tires in 1562 S Azusa Ave, City of Industry, CA 91748-1603 but was told by the Associate that they can t prorate the replacement of the rear tires because my tires are staggered and can t be rotated.
The condition of my rear tires are almost worn and I have only driven almost 6,000 miles for a little over a year going to and from my office in Norwalk from West Covina. I searched your Tire Limited Warranty and met all the Tread Wear Limited Warranty for 50% for staggered fitments to earn prorate mileage credit for the 60,000 miles which Nitto Motivo tires are warranted.
This is bad interpretation and bad customer service on the part of American Tires of your Tire Limited Warranty which also reflects on your product as well. My previous tires before switching to Nitto were Continental Contact Sport A/S warranted for 50,000 and was prorated when I changed to Nitto s.

P.S. I recently changed to 285/60 R18 Terra Grapplers G2 from the OEM Michellin Latitudes on my Lexus LX 470 two weeks ago, drove it to the Coxey fire trails to Big Bear in the snow and they were marvelous. Quiet on the freeway as well. I sincerely wish your customer service is as good as this product.
Have been purchasing Nitto Tires for almost 10 years. After a terrible experience with a Nitto Invo tire that I purchased and the lack of care for a long time customer, I will NEVER purchase another Nitto tire, or recommend them whatsoever. Never knew that they didn't care for their long-time customers. Purchased a set of "Ultra High Performance Summer Tires" that should be just that. It's false advertising. It's a terrible tire. Tires have 200 miles on them and they want the place that I purchased it from to eat the cost of swapping with a Nitto I've purchased in the past. They basically told me to go screw myself. Will NEVER buy again. Will NEVER recommend again. I'll continue to do business with Michelin, as I know they would have corrected this issue without a single bit of hassle. I'm also submitting a claim through the Better Business Bureau for false advertising the performance of this tire, as well as contacting my attorney to discuss options for a civil suite or criminal because these tires are DANGEROUS on a car that requires "Ultra High Performance" tires. Other Nitto tires like the NT555 are good tires, these are not. Save yourselves the trouble, order a Michelin Pilot Sport.
