I have been calling for MONTHS trying to reach someone about licencing and have not received a call back. I've left numerous messages. Ridiculous.
I have literally never had a phone call actually answered out of dozens. I have repeatedly left voicemails clearly indicating the topic and a number to reach me as instructed and only a single time have i received a call back.
I simply cant understand how operating without answering the phone and never returning the messages is acceptable.
