Unfortunate business experience with the after-sales service that keeps explaining to you that mechanical damage is not the responsibility of the manufacturer. This attitude is suicidal in a highly competitive European market. I know the brand that will never be in my shopping list again during a vehicle renewal.

Incompetent customer service !!! No transmission of information, the people in charge of your file are not available and no device has been set up for file replacements and replacements. They are not even able to communicate to you a response time, which is unacceptable and unheard of in a company of such notoriety. In addition, the service managers do not support calls! Nissan makes fun of its customers to the end !!!

I call the dealer from Chesnay this morning to tell me when I can pass for a problem on my car buy 6 weeks ago (leaks under the car)

I am told that I will be contacted in the morning because the person is currently busy .... I have not been called back

I go to this garage at 12:10. Closed door

I call This Nissan headquarters which confirms to me that my car is guaranteed, which confirms to me that I benefit from the assistance Nissan but which brings me as only solution to wait 2 hours in front of the concession!

Nissan ... Goodbye. Disappointed that an equipment needs to be changed 2 weeks after the end of the warranty, I allow myself to contact customer service, just to judge their sales force in this highly competitive market. answer: no freebie! Good ... maintenance invoices in concession from the beginning (Montrouge) to support, I express my disappointment as a serious customer and just ask for a commercial gesture to see. Answer: still nothing, arguing that my dealer justifies the failure by a shock on a rear wheel ... But the part in question was the cruise control! In my opinion, on a front wheel drive, the cruise control is not too affected by the rear wheels. Later I even learned that the wheels had been mounted upside down (another subject that speaks volumes about the seriousness) ... Customer service having decided to laugh at me, with the help of my dealership, I started by changing dealer to take my Nissan to the end, better received moreover (Molitor). Finally, when the time came, and the desire to change car, well I went to look elsewhere! And I'm happy about it. And if I am asked for my opinion on Nissan, I do the job with my relatives, keeping in mind the levity, arrogance and the lack of sense of the clientele of the interlocutor that I had to contact.
