I am told that I will be contacted in the morning because the person is currently busy .... I have not been called back

I go to this garage at 12:10. Closed door

I call This Nissan headquarters which confirms to me that my car is guaranteed, which confirms to me that I benefit from the assistance Nissan but which brings me as only solution to wait 2 hours in front of the concession!
