Unbelievable place! Fantastic facilities. A little pocket of heaven!

Fabulous facilities and great staff! Well organised but still fantastic for relaxing!

A little slice of heaven! If you want a one day holiday this is the place. Unplug, relax and unwind alone or with a friend.

Great day until I had my treatment then was gluttened by a wheat face mask put on my mouth and nose without checking to see if this would harm me. I am a coeliac.

Calming atmosphere, very helpful staff and amazing amenities.

I had a severe reaction to the various chemicals - seemed to be much stronger than they were the last time I went

My visit as a whole was great but was really let down by the service to get drinks etc as you cannot get them yourself at the moment 2020 lockdown. The restaurant service was not great, I sat for an hour and a half for 1 course... the spa was very clean and lovely though

After four hours of pure relaxation with a flotation all pulled together with wonderfully attentive staff. I have come away feeling so relaxed with my skin glowing. I've had the best nights sleep and still feel great!!

I've been a member for three years nearly now and wouldn't think of cancelling. I got a great membership package. i always enjoy my time. On occasion there has been problems but i really enjoy my days at the spa.

We visited the evening session which included use of the facilities and buffet meal. The spa is expansive and even though it was busy it didn t feel packed and it was easy to access different services.

The pool areas are beautiful and very relaxing, the sauna and steam room excellent and the food choice great, including vegan options. Would visit again when in the area.

I loved it so much became a member. It my little sanctuary of tranquillity and occasional indulgence anytime I need it.

Love Nirvana. Reopened after lock down & have lots of systems in place to keep everyone safe. Spaced out loungers, maximum numbers in pools, take temp on entry to spa, staff cleaning everywhere & tokens on seats/loungers to let you know they've been cleaned. First class service & facilities. Highly recommend.

Yeah this is pretty amazing, like being transported into a future Roman society where everyone wanders around in robes drinking wine and being very warm, friendly and luxurified. We did some work by the pool and ate a mountain of very healthy food. We had a swim, a sauna, a steam, a bubble... and lay on these hot bed/table things which are hot and you're not supposed to talk... They also do some flotation tank sensory deprivation weirdness but I'm already going deaf so don't need it... we didn't try that. I'd go again but might have to sell my car. Its affiliated with the pulse8 next door so you can get in cheap if there's anything left over.

Treated to a wonderful spa day by a friend, would definitely go again...had a brilliant day.

Don't go here! The property is dirty. Sitting in the reception after booking 10 days before and being told they had no record of our booking we noticed all the dust on all the shelves and furnishings in the main reception. I can't imagine what the more important areas are like. Dirty towels were passing by us in big wheelie bins.. They won't admit that they made a mistake.
We cancelled appointments with drs in London for this evening of massage and relaxation. IN fact I spent almost 2 hrs trying to make two dates work the 11th and 18th of Oct. They accidentally blew out the 11th after taking my credit card info twice. They kept us waiting an hour and won't admit that either. This property looks like a bingo hall or old
tired facility when you pull into the drive. The people are tacky they employ, and many who visit from what we saw. Do yourself a favor go anywhere else but this dirty, unreliable, unprofessional facility. You are just another number there and they don't care at all if they upset their customers.

Dont do it, It really is dirty. They are writing their own reviews but the looks of it. The food facility is gross and not nice at all. We had a peek before we left.

Look at trip advisor and see the really honest reviews in between all the fake ones that turn up between the bad ones. The place is filthy. Even the tea cups are dirty they use. Some one should call the health department. They are complacent and substandard on all facets from what has been seen and reported. Do look at all the bad reviews and see how many that come in after the bad ones blowing wind up their back sides to knock it off the front of the page. It takes 10. They are listed as the best things to do in Sindlesham. From what we saw the best thing in Sindlesham is to leave or get out of there.

Only downfall is people on their phones ...
Specially in the rooms where your quiet?!
you just get a glare of the phone or alarms going off? Surely you could put your phone away for 3 hours ? Just leave mine at home

Nirvana is a great relaxing spa, my sister's got a membership to get in and I went there twice since November, second time was the floatation pool it was so relaxing I feel like I was floating in the stars and in a trance

Lovely day. Would have liked a better lunch choice because I don't like the salad bar they have. To be fair, lots of other people seem to like it.

Amazing day and very spoilt by some amazing Nirvana staff. Made even better by the CEO welcoming us. This is the best place ever if you are ever in need of a pamper/chill out day. Thank you to Sean, Ashleigh (who did amazing facial) and Matt (in restaurant) who have all looked after us. Thank you, all!! X

I loved visiting, I have Aspergers and I can not handle busy places or noise. This lovely place catered for my needs totally.

Amazing! Extremely relaxing, good clean facilities, lovely staff & delicious food (stayed the whole day so had salad cart for lunch & duck wrap for dinner) Can't wait for my next visit!

Extremely disappointing visit. Whilst there are great facilities, I do not think the spa is managing Covid 19 social distancing well. Access to facilities were extremely restricted, including all the swimming lanes being out of action, and very few people were adhering to social distancing. I thought staff could certainly be doing more to manage this.

Lovely trip, great facilities. Only reason not 5 star is that a member of staff in the restaurant was rather rude to us, think her name was Abby. Other than that would definitely recommend.

Visit Nirvana Spa often one of the best Spa's I have been to and its local.

Enjoyed an afternoon of relaxation with a mum to be massage. Amy the masseuse was fantastic at finding the knots in my back and ironing them all out. A fantastic experience and enjoyed lounging in the various pools.

What a fantastic spa every aspect of the l journey had been pleasurable and faultless. I went as a spa member guest and was wowed by the attention to detail and service from staff. The food was great. A magnitude of pools and jacuzzi to use. Much better than Pennyhill Park hotel Spa

Amazing spa - we drive over an hour to visit this place. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Hydrotherapy pool is gorgeous, and flotation pool is a must-try :)

Lovely relaxing spa. Always have a great time. Staff are friendly, spa is beautifully decorated and kept really clean. Treatments are great and the food is good too now. A really lovely treat!

A dedicated spa. Beautifully presented and have never found it crowded. Treatments consistently well delivered and the food bar is excellent. Always feel rejuvenated after a day there.

Have been here a number of times and love this spa it has to be one of the best in the UK. There new development also looks amazing and cant wait to go back when its all open.
