Lovely relaxed day, beautiful surrounding even the outside pool was warm.

So much to do, very friendly staff. The flotation experience was excellent and not having to worry about carrying a purse around with you is great! Felt like a mini holiday

Amazing spa,pools,steam room,jacuzzi and a great day for pampering

Have visited Nirvana spa twice in my life and I love it. It genuinely feels like you're on holiday and with a variety of pools, rooms and treatments, you're spoilt for choice. It isn't cheap but if you can afford a day, you'll find it's worth it.

Nirvana spa was great on our visit, despite the covid restrictions. So why only 2 stars. It was a nice sunny day, so we hoped to at least pop into the hot tubs in the outdoor area. Unfortunately, the area seems to be infested with the regular members, leaving no room for anyone else. They did have signs asking people to spend only 10 mins in the hottubs but this was totally ignored. Combined with stepping on a shard of glass not a great experience of the out door area.

Fantastic day in a super relaxing spa: several pools and many activities to let go of stress. The Celestial Floatation experience is unmissable!

After rejoining nirvana as a full member after afew months break i was very disappointed to see the jet pool so busy that i couldnt get near a jet. I find it hard to understand how the club can monitor the amount of customers to allow in daily with the system they have. Also it would be nice for a full member to have some small perk of consistent business.. ie members area etc

Lovely atmosphere, lots to do or as little as you want ...... sauna, steam room, jacuzzi room, various pools for swimming inside and out.

Had a fantastic time there, it's easy for the costs to run up, so keep track of what you spend. It's a lovely day though.

My favourite place to go. I've been 5 times now, last time with my Auntie. Always had a good experience. I would recommend to anyone, whether it be a solo trip (as I have often done) or with company the experience is just a relaxing and reviving. I did the floatation a couple of trips ago and would definitely recommend. The mud bath is an experience and the skin does feel amazing afterwards.

Very relaxing place. Much busier than when I came previously but they are adding more sections to cope with demand.

Such a great place to go! My wife and I enjoyed our lovely visit to Nirvana Spa. The staff were very polite from the start when being introduced.We went on a recent Saturday for a relaxing evening and a nice meal. The young man that seated me, was very kind and approachable, he sat immediately outside, going out of his way to create space for us, even though he was a trainee. My wife is lactose intolerant and again was helped by the lovely staff, making sure what she could eat safely. I then went for a relaxing swim and time in the Jacuzzi which wasn't the temperature I hoped it to be. Great place! Great staff! highly recommend and cant wait to come again.

I have visited on various occasions, it's always clean and tidy and the staff are all very friendly. The perfect place for some time out!

I bought the full day package for my partner last Xmas and she only had time to use it on the 15th. She enjoyed the whole package but someone called Philippa, who apparently worked in the flotation "experience", made it truly special: friendly, helpful, intelligent, and very knowledgeable, my partner commented that this particular staffer was a real asset for the business.
Only very faintly negative aspect was the food: albeit wonderfully presented and incontestably healthy, it was all somewhat similar in taste and style. Slightly more variety and some bread would have been appreciated.

Utterly gorgeous architecture, delightful pools of every type and a beautiful aroma. Walking in and smelling the light incense and warm air you can literally feel the relaxation seeping into you.

Wonderful facilities, good food and helpful polite staff. Rasul treatment, excellent.

Just had an amazing evening at Nirvana. Tried out a lovely new treatment: dead sea salt bath. Did wonders for my muscles and skin.

A beautiful spa facility in the best tradition of the baths of ancient Rome. Extremely helpful staff, great food, fun pools, everything is spotless. It takes some time though to orient yourself as the interconnecting rooms and facilities can be a bit disorienting, but it's more of the adventure. Highly recommended.

Our favourite place to relax together, read the papers and have a coffee and toast breakfast. Has the largest warm jacuzzi you've ever seen. Also every other facility one might need to relax, steam room, massage, mud facial and dining room with excellent fixed price salad bar. The dense salt water floating pool is very special, as is the quiet meditation room. Nirvana has its own small, but well equipped gym. Across the car park there is much larger gym at Pulse8.

Had the evening spa relaxation experience. Busy day but plenty of loungers around the main pool and the relaxation room. Enjoyed the surf pool and even had a go on the fitness swimming lanes. Very relaxing evening - food was also lovely

Best place need more deals ...and price slightly over priced...need to aim for everyone and let everyone share experience of Nivava

A wonderful place that just needs to be seen, no point explaining how amazingly relaxing everything was. The staff are extremely accommodating, the facilities are sparkling clean, the relaxation rooms are so varied that you can't get through all of them in a day! The food was amazing and super healthy! Worth every penny!

Always nice here. Love the food and all rooms! Especially like jumping into the ice bath right after the sauna and steam room.

On arrival it would have been nice to have been told what workshops were available.only found out as we were leaving and would have loved to go to the make up session.

A day of complete relaxation and pampering - why don't I do this more often?!?

Wow! Love this spa! I have been to many spa days, breaks and experiences but this is by far my favourite! It is a shame that they are only a day spa as I would love to stay over and make even more use of the brilliant facilities for another day. It has so much variety and is so big that nothing ever gets too busy or crowded which is amazing! Also the food is divine, my friend has a nut allergy and they could not be any more helpful, also myself being a coeliac I did not need to worry as I had so many options I couldn't decide what I wanted next! The treatments are slightly limited on the day spa packages but even so they are of a very high standard and the rest of the facilities more than make up for that! I always recommend this spa to family and friends!

One of the best spa's I've been to. Great and very helpful staff, which is a massive plus as most spa staff are pretty snooty in my experience.

The spa is surgically clean through out and everything is tip top. The range of pools and treatments is nothing short of exquisite. The Dead Sea treatment is also exceptional... If you have experienced the dead sea in Jordan then this seems more boyant.

Just home from a Day Spa. A gift from my family. Had a superb day with wonderful facilities and fantastic staff.

Defacto best spa that you'll go to, a wide range of pools and treatment areas with drinks and food very reasonable.

A place to come for ultimate relaxation and forgetting about anything else. You feel like you're on holiday when you enter.

Had a great experience here. We went for dinner and used the dead sea pool.
Meal was good. Healthy salads and tasty main course.
Facility is very clean and has an upmarket feel. Very luxurious.
Parking is plentiful.
I look forward to going back..

Beautiful and relaxing spa. The newly opened part is lovely and in keeping with the rest of the spa. Looking forward to revisiting soon.

Little disappointed as so much you cant use which is understandable due to covid but only deadsea pool not charged for . Think more could have been offered or price reduced

Relaxation flotation pool... Hydrotherapy pool.... Lounger to rest on. Book a meal or have treats brought to your lounger. Treatments are bookable and dressing gowns/robe's are provided as are towels. Can't wait to go back.

I visited for the first time with my friend last week. The spa itself was beautiful! And the staff were very helpful and friendly. I felt very relaxed and would love to come back! Sadly i cant come back as soon as i would like because its a bit pricey, but worth it.

I took my wife here for her birthday. We had a day spa with a Rasul and lunch included.

All I can say is from the moment we arrived to the moment left, it was exceptional.

The concierge and staff were all friendly, helpful and nothing was too much for them.

The facilities are amazing, relaxing, well laid out and kept to the highest standards.

The food was delicious, healthy and very tasty.

I felt that the value for money was great, considering in my opinion this was a full 5 star service.

I will definitely be going again.

they must upgrade online booing. it is 2018. nobody calls to book anymore.

TOP quality spa with great pools inside and out. Expensive but not so for this quality as it costs them a lot to provide such facilities. Good quality restaurant as well.

A few years ago I got a fantastic membership deal with 'No Joining Fee' and if that wasn't enough the membership fee was paid by monthly direct debit. The option I chose enables me to spend 6 lovely relaxing evenings each year for just over a tenner a month!!! I'm also able to bring up to 2 guests per visit and they pay half price as they're my guests.
Last week I finally got to spend the evening relaxing in the new Spa Garden and it was everything I'd hoped it would be and more.....
First we tried one of the four jacuzzi's which was lovely and hot and very relaxing. We were lucky enough to be able to dine al fresco as it was such a beautiful summer evening. It honestly felt like being on an overseas holiday and it was made us feel even more relaxed.
We didn't try the outdoor pool until about 8.30pm which sounds late to swim outside in this country however the pool is 30 degrees which sounds quite warm but was pretty much perfect. It made a nice change to be able to relax, chat and swim without being absolutely freezing if you weren't constantly on the move.
I thought the spa garden sounded lovely but the weather would mean it wouldn't get used much but I'm pleased to be proved wrong. Even if it isn't blazing hot sunshine it's still a lovely and relaxing place and the pool and jacuzzi's are warm enough to be used whatever the weather. I can't wait to go again. Go along and see for yourself..... you know it makes sense:-)

Love Nirvana for relaxing, had a sore tummy after eating from the salad bar though, would recommend eating from the menu card not the buffet

Fantastic and relaxing spa. Has saunas, steam rooms, multiple swimming pools plus an outdoor pool, jacuzzi (inside and out), quiet room reflexology pool and so much more.





It s never too busy which means it s always relaxing.

Returned to the spa as we'd enjoyed our last experience, this time wasn't good, the facilities are good. Our issue was with the delay in our lunch order, 45 minutes to make 2 SANDWICHES!! As a result we missed our treatment slots and they refused to do anything about it, said it was our fault we'd missed it as we should have left a full hour for our lunch AND they'd tried to contact us by phone to remind us we were due in (even tho they ask you not to used your phone in the spa!!), apparently it says this hour slot recommendation in the small print on the menu , nether of us noticed this when reading it, nor were we advised by the staff at any point. We asked if we could have a refund for the loss which was declined (we got some waffle about budgets quite frankly not our business) or a voucher or % off of a future visit or anything really to compensate for THEIR delays causing us to miss our treatments and they flatly refused! Saying it wasn't their problem, they were borderline rude about it too, needless to say it wasn't relaxing and we as a group.won't be going back for my fiends 40th. Well done Nivana Spa you've lost the money from 8 of us girls coming back for the day.
