Don't go here! The property is dirty. Sitting in the reception after booking 10 days before and being told they had no record of our booking we noticed all the dust on all the shelves and furnishings in the main reception. I can't imagine what the more important areas are like. Dirty towels were passing by us in big wheelie bins.. They won't admit that they made a mistake.
We cancelled appointments with drs in London for this evening of massage and relaxation. IN fact I spent almost 2 hrs trying to make two dates work the 11th and 18th of Oct. They accidentally blew out the 11th after taking my credit card info twice. They kept us waiting an hour and won't admit that either. This property looks like a bingo hall or old
tired facility when you pull into the drive. The people are tacky they employ, and many who visit from what we saw. Do yourself a favor go anywhere else but this dirty, unreliable, unprofessional facility. You are just another number there and they don't care at all if they upset their customers.

Dont do it, It really is dirty. They are writing their own reviews but the looks of it. The food facility is gross and not nice at all. We had a peek before we left.

Look at trip advisor and see the really honest reviews in between all the fake ones that turn up between the bad ones. The place is filthy. Even the tea cups are dirty they use. Some one should call the health department. They are complacent and substandard on all facets from what has been seen and reported. Do look at all the bad reviews and see how many that come in after the bad ones blowing wind up their back sides to knock it off the front of the page. It takes 10. They are listed as the best things to do in Sindlesham. From what we saw the best thing in Sindlesham is to leave or get out of there.
