Returned to the spa as we'd enjoyed our last exper...

Returned to the spa as we'd enjoyed our last experience, this time wasn't good, the facilities are good. Our issue was with the delay in our lunch order, 45 minutes to make 2 SANDWICHES!! As a result we missed our treatment slots and they refused to do anything about it, said it was our fault we'd missed it as we should have left a full hour for our lunch AND they'd tried to contact us by phone to remind us we were due in (even tho they ask you not to used your phone in the spa!!), apparently it says this hour slot recommendation in the small print on the menu , nether of us noticed this when reading it, nor were we advised by the staff at any point. We asked if we could have a refund for the loss which was declined (we got some waffle about budgets quite frankly not our business) or a voucher or % off of a future visit or anything really to compensate for THEIR delays causing us to miss our treatments and they flatly refused! Saying it wasn't their problem, they were borderline rude about it too, needless to say it wasn't relaxing and we as a group.won't be going back for my fiends 40th. Well done Nivana Spa you've lost the money from 8 of us girls coming back for the day.
