Worst customer service I have ever had. Had to send Joycons in for repair and was told 1 week from ship date to return. OK good enough. 1st I had to pay for packing materials, then delivery took 5 days, then they lost my hardware, No one at customer service could tell me where it was, Could take up to a week to find it if they can, its now been 2 weeks and they keep saying they can't find it and it looks like it was not delivered but tracking shows it was delivered to the office. This is the 4th set I have had and they break after 30-40 hours of light use. Poor build quality, and the reps are given no power and don't care at all about the customers. I have not even got a sorry for being lied to. Nintendo also strong arms you. If you want to cancel your pre orders they say no and if you dispute it they lock your account. This is according to Nintendo support/manager line. This company really must be short on cash, Worst customer service, will not allow you to cancel anything, Takes money from youtubers that basically advertise for them and no other game company in the world does this. Last product I will buy from this company. Buyer beware. Nintendo is horrid and treats their customers like trash
