Great service. I sent in my left Joy-Con (Nintendo Switch) for repair back in May 2018 and they sent it back a couple weeks later good as new. On the phone everyone was very helpful and was able to walk me through everything I needed to do clearly and enthusiastically. Would've preferred to have the repairs done a little faster, but I can't complain as I'm sure they're really busy with plenty of other repairs. If you've got a system with warranty and it needs repairs, I'd definitely recommend sending it to them. Keep up the good work!
