What I ordered was not all delivered. No refund for items they did not supply nor do they respond to my emails. Very overpriced. I will be going to my local deli in future. Never again to use this dishonest company.

Great products and brilliant service. I had to wait a bit for my delivery which is completely understandable given the current climate - next day delivery charge was waived. Very kind gesture. Always my go to company when ordering pizza flour. But the hams and cheeses are delicious too - especially the smoked mozzarella

Disappointing. I was hoping for something great...better than Tesco. But I had bruised fruit, cherries mouldy after a day......

Very disappointed. First and last time buyer.

Placed my first order on a Friday with delivery scheduled for the next Tuesday. On Monday at 5pm I received a text from nifeislife saying some of the ordered items were not available and my payment did not get through so I called back but no answer. Next day (Tuesday) I called again and gave nifeislife a new card number on the phone , the payment was accepted and the delivery was re-scheduled for the next day (Wednesday). On Wednesday no delivery happened, I called again nifeislife and got told the courier had problems and they had to investigate, texted or emailed me with more info. No text or email happened. On Thurdsay morning my bank called me saying someone was making online shopping with the card I gave to nifeislife on the phone and I got my card blocked. I called nifeislife and asked about my order, they said there were going to deliver it the same day but there were still "problems with the courier". I canceled the order and asked them to make me a full refund through direct bank transfer in my account, which indeed happened. One of my worst online purchasing experience. I would not recommend to use this company at all.

Products are genuine and overall of good quality. Third delivery so far and never had a problem. Lately one item (polenta) was out of stock, but they warned me ahead of the delivery via text message, that real good service!

This place got a massive problem with items out of stock. Expect to find out at very last minute that items will be missing from your parcel despite they are available on the website. If you look for an explanation, they will keep on sending that usual mail that fresh food might get suddenly out of stock. Why don t update the website then ? Tried few time to order what I needed but I never received it. Not gonna use them anymore. There plenty of reliable websites out there.

Firstly I'm Italian, and when over 10 years ago I discovered this place I used to close my eyes and dream of being back home whilst munching on some real mozzarella or other products they then sold. Like all good things, it's a whole More

Terrible customer service, nobody answers the phone or notifies customers of delays or issues.
Delivery slot is completely random and misleading! You are better off buying these awfully overpriced products somewhere else!
Don t be tempted it is not worth your time/money.

Nife is life really change my life experience here in London. I am Italian and spent the first two month in the UK struggling with this terrible British food to the point that I used to skip lunch almost everyday. Since I found out about them I have been eating real Italian food again. The products are great, sometimes even better than average Italian supermarket food, the price are quite high but still reasonable considering the quality and service offered. I definitely suggest nife is life to everyone who wants to eat tasty and healthy Italian food even thousands miles away from home.

My experience is rather negative. I'm Italian and found the food I've ordered very average. The quadrotti alla zucca were particularly horrible, chewy and hard dough, and the pumpkin filling very difficult to swallow. Meat Carpaccio was nice but smoked, just not what I was expecting at all . Wine is just stupidly expensive and the quality is OK, nothing more. Shame as I thought I had solved my shopping problem when it comes to eat proper Italian, but unfortunately I won't order again.

I'd love to shop with them especially for the cheese but I won't spend a leg and an arm just for that. Other sites have literally stuff half the price! It's extortion. Put the prices down a bit, you do realise that there are competitors that sell much cheaper?

Came quickly and on time. Wonderful products at a good price. Where I live in Scotland you are considered exotic if you have a curry pot noodle, so to be able to order products like these is a God send!

I used to love ordering from Nife is Life as their products are excellent as was their customer service. However, it has gone seriously downhill. Products still great but website is never updated in time and you then find out when you get your delivery that some items are out of stock. Another time the driver just didn't turn up. Today I e-mailed and phoned to find out if the items were in stock and told to call back. No answer so I e-mailed only to receive an automatic reply saying they will be in touch in 24-48 hours! Too late - I ordered from Ocado instead.

Italian food products paradise, definitely recommended if you are looking for authentic Italian food

Wide range of Italian goods, including their own products - can be a bit sloppy with order and financials. Still waiting on their customer relations to remove the wrong charge from my account after a week of waiting

I used their online shop a couple of times and always be happy about it! For time, i ordered some buiscuits and sweets (thanks for having Mulino Bianco), as well as cheese. The second time i went for veggies and fruits.. well, they were so fresh and testy! really satisfied! about the delivery, i did not have any problems both time.

I made 2 different orders from Niseislife. Can't say nothing apart the fact that I am amazed by their service.
The customer service is at the tip of the top. They are responsible and reliable. Ive asked multiple requests and they satisfied me without any problems.
Maurizio is the best, he litterally spent a whole day to make sure that my order was perfectly packed and arrived on time for my party. I love this place and I will be ordering again!

Ordered for a late Friday delivery and waited until midnight to no avail. Nobody answering the phone Sat morning. Eventually I get email with rescheduled delivery.....terrible...will not use again

Service is good because the price is only charged the delivering day based on actual item weight, and very efficent communication with operators (I had to change address and it was very quick and easy to do).
Although website has to be improved especially for tthe fresh food (picture and description not matching perfectly with what you get in your bag at the end).
I would suggest to buy small amounts of what you are not sure and then buy a bigger piece (i.e.: smoked pancetta).

I only ever order water from this company as the water in this country isnt the nicest, so this is the best place I have found to buy Italian waters. I love that they always have discounts on and money off coupons. Delivery always within given timeslots and free delivery in central London which is great when ordering a ton of water. Driver was also helpful and friendly and phoned when near which goes along way.

I have ordered a few times now happy with the food, only had a missed delivery and they rectified it quickly and sent me some lovely cakes to compensate. On my last order there was an item missing which I was disappointed because I have to wait till next time now to 're order, I rang up and they refunded me for the item. Beside this the food it's packed very nicely, have to say some of its actually cheaper than some Italian dely that I have been to.I would definitely recommend it.

I like ordering plasmon baby products as well as most of other italian food even though it's quite expensive my both babies loved plasmon

My delivery did not arrive and all I got was a generic message about the fact I would be "contacted by customer service to reschedule".

Tried to purchase food twice. Both times shambolic. First time rotten food arrived eventually after much chasing up and time wastage. Full refund received promptly at least. Second time after sitting around at home waiting for delivery I found out that fresh food expected on the friday would arrive instead the day after (food prepared and dispatched on the thursday). Customer Service told me that a couple of days out of the fridge would not make any difference and did not offer any apology/compensation as "the courier's fault". At least order cancellation was accepted but no offers of compensation for inconvenience, time wastage, etc. I never bother to publish reviews on line but this is exceptionally poor service twice in a row.

My partner orders from here every couple of months and it's absolutely fantastic. It's wonderful having all these products we normally have to stash into our suitcases finally available at the click of a button. There's a huge selection of food but my partner loves this site more than anything because they stock marsiglia detergent and spray cleaner, the 'smell of home' as she puts it. The items always arrive carefully packaged and promptly, we've been using them for nearly 3 years now and we've never been disappointed. Nife is life we'd be lost without you! Quick delivery of my favorite italian groceries, just a little pricey

Ordered once as I there was a promotion on delivery (which I found out at checkout it didn't apply to people living outside London...) and wanted to see if worth it.
Products are clearly great, everything was fairly fresh, even if the expiry date of some of the products was just a day after the box being delivered.
Probably won't order again as the packaging was EXTREME! 5 boxes (not kidding!) one inside the other, all quite unnecessary and a ton of plastic padding. Sorry, I'm trying to cut down the amount of single use plastic in my home and this was worse than amazon...

I have a couple of deliveries now and the food has been wonderful, fresh dough, grocery and deli items all lovely and packed and delivered perfectly. I would highly recommend Nifeislife I live in Northamptonshire and my deliveries are always on time 5 stars from me.

It was my first order with them.
I've ordered only few things to check if they are delivering products which are OK.
I've ordered guanciale lardo and some pasta.
Should be 3 packs of guanciale was only 2 in the box.
Lardo was out of stock but I was not informed about it. If I was I would cancel whole order as this was main thing I wanted.
Got messege from customer service saying they send 3 packs of guanciale to me.
Avoid shopping with them.
Save yourself money and time and just do your shopping somewhere else.

I ve ordered from them a few times and it s always been good. Great range of food and reliable in terms of delivery.

Placed an order specifically for stracciatella, which was in stock when the order was placed. Got a text the day the order was sent saying it was out of stock. The rest of my order was delivered and the cost deducted, but was very displeased at how the process was handled. No offer of a replacement product.

Due the poor service my delivery just arrived today,after 3 weeks from my order,suppose to arrive 3 days after. As well the quality I had 3 Bufala Mozzorella in my purchase and as Italian you know it should be milky inside but due the fact is was already out of date when arrived and probably not been kept in right temperature I had to trow them all in the garbage as even the smell was disgusting.
I WILL NEVER EVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

I had issues with their courier too, but they have now changed it to a new and more efficient one. To compensate for past issues they have offered me a refund and a voucher. I like their weekly gifts and promotions.. I must say Customer Service has been kind with me. Overall a good experience.

After having charged me, the transaction resulted declined, hence I had to pay for the second time via bank transfer in order to get my shopping delivered.
Plus I order fresh bresaola and I got the vacuum pack.
Who orders food online doesn t want to incur this kind of stressful, time-wasting hitches.

I don't think I'll buy here ever again! They charged me double the amount of an expense and it is impossible to call even if they are open. Tomorrow I'll show up there in person but if they don't give me my money back I'll report them without batting an eye.
EDIT: I confirm the return of the money in the times described by my bank.

Products maybe OK, if they are delivered. A day or two after placing the order I was told that one of the product was not in stock; annoying but I decided to go ahead regardless. On the day of the expected delivery, no one showed up . No point in calling them as they do not respond. When they finally did (two days later, they told me that the fresh stuff had gone off and refused to refund the full price paid. I should have read existing reviews before ordering.

Shame on you. 10 Pounds masks! Chamasi extortion! You will lose a lot of customers. I just wanted to buy some food but I will shop on another site, more honest!

I love Nifeislife but am giving you 2stars because of your choice of courier in my case, DPD. The driver came to my block of flat and all he did was take a picture of the block and didn't even bother to press the buzzer. I was at home all day yet I received a text saying the driver missed me. I ordered for a next day delivery but did not receive my items. How unfair is that!! Definitely not ordering again if you guys are still going to use DPD

Jesus how I missed Burrata. And Nonno Nanni, Ciobar, my beloved Camille... so many childhood memories! Extra easy to use and get them delivered. My driver Marcos was super helpful when I asked him to take my water bottles upstairs. Can't wait to try the ready made meals, just need to gather enough people as portions look quite big!
