Beautiful park with tons to explore. Friendly people

Wether you want a small hike, pass some peoples gardens, get lost in the trees, or just hangout in the grass reading a book "the arb" is one of my favorite places in Ann Arbor makes me glad i can just disappear into nature please check this place out if you are curios it is truly a great area

Make sure to explore the smaller paths! Truly one of the gems of Ann Arbor.

The Arb is a very beatiful place for walking, joging or hiking specialy during the spring and summer. Has many hiking trails, a beatiful garden area, and a nice river view. If you live in the Ann Arbor area or if you visit city, this will be the perfect place to enjoy nature.

A must stop if you're at UM for something. Great for walks with your dog or spouse. A popular place

Really great outdoor park with trails a plenty. Varying degrees of difficult for all types of people!

This is a great place to walk along the river. I just wish there was more parking and better bathrooms, like at Gallop Park.

Great walking trails, community gardens, and close to Huron River!

We spent a lot of time relaxing there when my daughter was in the hospital. There's miles of nature trails tons of flowers. It's a very peaceful place. It's walking distance from Mott and a nice getaway.

Had a Apt. there it is always a Nice and Friendly Staff. If you need something done Right. Go to U of M. Always enjoy Ann Arbor something New to look at. Thanks for doing it Right the First Time

It was such an enjoyable hike that ended with a dip of my feet in the huron river...so relaxing.

Beautiful place for walks and relaxing after classes. Not the safest place to be at night though. There are no lights.

Can get very muddy, but a nice place to walk around.

Huge hospital, a lot of people and traffic going on. Plan ahead of you do not know parking and office location, it could be up to an hour to do both. Staff are wonderful, friendly and helpful- if you need help- just ask!

Heaven on earth. Peaceful and beautiful. The trees in the fall are stunning. Wonderful trails. My favorite garden when I want to take a break from the stress of work.

Saw a printed piece of art at The Graduate Hotel that mentioned this place and when I saw it was just over a mile walk from the hotel I ventured out one afternoon. Loved walking the trails and seeing everything that was there even in winter when not much is in bloom. Snow made it fun to watch for tracks of different wildlife (squirrels and raccoons) and even domesticated animals (plenty of dog tracks!). Definitely want to plan a proper trip here when I'm back in town.

Great place to hike or picnic. Mind the steep hills.

Great trails especially in spring when all the flowers are blooming. At the bottom of the trails you can reach the river. We go there to walk around whenever we have time.

Beautiful spot to take a walk. Close to the hospital to take lunch, or just get away and breathe.

Parking was terrible, many tow away zones, and construction crews taking up all the normal parking spots.

The park itself was is great, worthy of 5 stars. But I gave it 4 stars because of the parking

Despite this covid nonsense, this place was still open. Very beautiful plants and wildlife. Lots of trails to go exploring in the woods.

What a wonderful series of trails! We spent two hours experiencing a wide range of environments from walking through prairie grasses, river views, grassy open spaces, and mature forests. I would definitely recommend it to others!

Beautiful place with a diverse range of trails for different types of hikes. Hilly, dirt trails and flat, gravel trails offer options for everyone.

This is a beautiful property. My daughter loved the peony garden, and our picnic lunch was very relaxing. Finding parking is a real chore, though. I ended up in the hospital garage.

The Arb is my favorite nature area to check out in Ann Arbor. It's great to sit by the river or play ultimate frisbee in the big grassy area. Beautiful place for a picnic or swimming in the summer! (Make sure not to be caught there after sundown after it's closed or you can get a ticket for $100 for trespassing)

Gorgeous walk through the arboretum! Tons of trails that let you feel off the beaten path while enjoying shaded seclusion.

First time visiting the peony garden. Love how it's pushed back from the road down a little trail so it's a more relaxing environment. Went on the weekend so parking was easy and free across the street.

January 14th. A beautiful day for a winter walk in the Arb.

Arboretum, beautiful natural reservoir. The fresh and crystal clear river Huron, I loved it.

A must-see especially when the peonies are in bloom. Beautiful spot.

Beautiful Peonies! However, no decent parking and beware of parking tickets.

Great place for dogs and letting them take a quick swim. Wear boots.

We have been hiking the trails, which are available while the rest of the garden is closed. These are our favorite in-town hiking trails! We routinely spot deer, bluebirds, turtles, wild turkeys (more in the fall), and other wildlife.

Take a nice walk along the wooded path and get a nice overlook view of the Huron river. Great for spending a day with nature.

Great place to take a walk in nature. You wouldn't believe this is hidden right next to the U of M hospital!

Beautiful rolling hills, forests, meadows, flowers and riverfront, all just minutes walking from downtown Ann Arbor!

It's kind of amazing how such an enormous Green Space can be hidden in the heart of Ann Arbor, but if you live within an hour of the city, you should not miss it, especially during spring and fall
