My bf loved his gift of 3 months in this wine club. They make it really easy and affordable. You can select all reds, all whites, or a combo of the two. You can pick one or more bottles per month, and decide in advance how many months you'd like to gift. So far the wines have all been delicious!
I have been getting the quarterly case for a number of years and love it. Cellars is a small company that treats you well and are easy to contact either over the phone or email. I have sent many gifts of their wine and they are always helpful and willing to make the selection what I need. I highly recommend them.
Makes a great gift. I have a neighbor who is always helping me out with handy work, house sitting etc. Way above and beyond. I wanted to do something special for him and his wife for all their help over the years and I got them the West Coast Club gift.
They were absolutely delighted. They rarely try different wines and have been enjoying every shipment. The best part is when they share them with us.
Cellars Wine Club is a colossal joke! Out of 5 bottles received, only one was decent enough to drink. A second bottle was marginally drinkable (if you held your breath). The other three were so disgusting they went straight down the sink!
So far, there's been no response or follow up to my complaint from Cellars Wine Club whose slogan, ironically, is "No bad bottle!" Some "Premium Club"! Terribly disappointed!
One can get far better wines for under $10 a bottle at any local store any day of the week! Guaranteed! That tells you all you need to know!
I bought a 12 bottle box. The wine came after a couple weeks. The first bottle we opened was terrible and there was residue on the inside of the glass. We poured it out and tried another. Terrible. My wife and I are not wine snobs drinking $100 bottles of wine. On average $8-20 a bottle is what we are used to. This clubs wine is like a $4-5 bottle of cheap wine. Save your money and go to the store.

This Wine Club has the best quality and the customer service was unbeatable. They customized a gift that was very important to me. Tom, the rep, was so helpful and got me exactly what I wanted. Plus it s a gift club that you can elect to end, for a certain period of time without endless cancellation notices going to the gifted party, which is classy and Was unavailable from others. I was more than satisfied, delighted actually, because I needed a little assistance and now, I am convinced I got the best wine, customized for my son and daughter in law s tastes, for the best price available. Highly recommended.
I have yet to enjoy the wines...This review is based on customer service. I decided to gift the first shipment to my lovely sister in law living in New Orleans. I tried to set up the rest of the deliveries (Online) shipped to myself in California but unsuccessful. I decided to call and greeted by a friendly associate and was very helpful in getting my order fulfilled.
Highly recommend. My go to gift every year for my xmas for my Dad. Both he and his wife really enjoy the different selection of wines. This club has worked out well over the years. My dad travels a lot (of course, not this year) and they are very accommodating with shipping needs. (They have postponed/delayed shipment when necessary.) Great customer service.
Easy to order. We have used this site for Christmas gifts for years and the recipient always loves it and says the wines are amazing and come with info about the wine. The bottles have always arrived on time and in good shape. We will continue to use.
The shipment that arrived today came in great condition as always. Inside was a great selection of red wines from France and Italy, Washington and California. Love the Wines and Love the Service
I purchased a Sparkling Club membership for a friend for her birthday, she was over the moon and the bubbles were excellent. Thank you very much, I know what I'm getting everyone for Christmas.
Just renewed my membership. I love getting wine delivered especially now that everyone is at home all the time waiting for UPS guy to show up is not a problem.
Never tried 90 point club, too spendy for me, but the West Coast was consistently good. The Premium was hit or miss but I am giving it another chance.
Looking forward to our next delivery.
I am utterly appalled with your service. The last email communication I received from your company was my order confirmation.
I thought I purchased a monthly wine club for my mother for Christmas, why wouldn't I, it was clear that my transaction was completed per the ONLY COMMUNICATION I received from you.
This afternoon I received a phone call from my mother that she has not received any wine.
After getting on the phone with your less than customer "service" they informed me that my card was never charged.
Well that would have been nice to know.
Now, here almost two months later I feel terrible that my mother has not received her Christmas gift.
Disgusted and appalled with your lack of communication.
As a business, you should be aware.

I previously lived in the area and until recently didn't know about this wine club. I frequently drink red wine and just ordered my first case. The customer service was wonderful. She answered all my questions and I'm looking forward to someday stopping by if I'm back in the Woodinville / Redmond area

The wines are great, but the company requires monthly "reminders" from us to send us any wine. At the end of the month when we don't receive anything, we contact them, and then they belatedly send us something. Really remarkable and something I've never experienced with a subscription service. Buyer beware - unless you're willing to take on the reminding.
I ve been subscribed to the 90+ Point Wines club for over 12 months now and I m extremely satisfied with the quality of the wines. Exceptional wines at very reasonable prices.
I joined the Premium Club.. I believe the low end of club options. It was a mistake. Out of the case 2 were pretty good, the others were cheap and barely drinkable. We poured out 4 bottles. Very disappointed.
The wine is good, very good. The delivery by UPS SUCKS! There cannot be a worse gift to give a working person. The wine has to be accepted by an adult whenever UPS decides to show up - as if there are kids out there waiting around and plotting to steal a nice reisling or a beaujolais when it magically appears on your doorstep. If you're not home, you're beat. UPS will make 2 more attempts and the wine gets returned. Yeah... me or my wife just take a day off every month and wait around all day for the UPS guy to show up with 2 bottles of wine. Yeah right. Great idea - in theory. EXTREMELY POOR idea when it cones to execution.

I had Zagat previously and never had issues with the wine, just deliveries. With Cellars Wine club I had no issues with deliveries, just sub-standard wine. I have been with them for about a year and have poured out several bottles of wine and the rest are Charles Shaw average. Good cooking wine, but that is about all. Trying WSJ now. If you are not familiar with wine, do not utilize this company.
Bought this as a gift. Would have preferred to be able to write a note to the recipient rather than just anonymously sending the gift. Maybe something you could look into?
