High street Surgery

First I was really happy with the service but after today I m very Disappointed I gave a prescription a week ago for it to be progress in I was thinking they will contact me to let me know it s been progress but I had to call back after a week to find out he has been sent off to my old pharmacy in E3 I contact the old pharmacy they said they haven t received anything my name I then call the GP and inform them but they was rude
She reply back I m doing it only today over the phone and the noise on the background was very Disturbing hardly hear the person

It wasn t my fault you sent of to my old pharmacy you should of check with me first plus it in E3. And why didnt you call back if there was a problem

Rude receptionist
Noise in the background
Wrong pharmacy
No call back

We come to clinic to be safe and for service not be upset or rude back

It was upsetting for me that I got treated that bad today maybe next time it might be worse

And few days ago I was the told to collect my letter I give in but when I went to pick them up they was missing from the office

Improve the service patient should able to give the prescription over the phone like others GP to receptionist shouldn t be rude in with a can t hear that other person and you doublecheck everything before they send it off

It is the responsibility of the reception to make sure the patient feel safe when they come in and when they talk on the phone not to feel like they re being neglected or Rude too it is not nice

If you re having a bad day please don t let it affect your job because it is affecting other people around you

Receptionists are always nice and polite to me, also nurses however the doctors are not helpful and you can see that they are clearly not interested to even look at you I had experience with an Indian man and also Indian woman that are 2gps there.. they donz touch you or observe the acctual problem they only want to talk and type words in a computer. Im moving to other GP soon. I had hemoroids and the woman GP didnt want to have a look at it.

Terrible experience. I've seen by both of the doctors in the surgery. They seem to be bored and really unhappy to be there . They have '2 question rule' which is so funny because hardly ever they have an answer to any of them plus I always have to wait at least 30 min to be seen. For my question, who will be the best person to see regarding my health issues I was told that I already used my 2 questions and they dont deal with this issues anyway...
If I have 5 questions does it mean I have to book 3 appointments???

Really unhelpful service. Don't recommend!

The reception staff go out of their way to be helpful and flexible, and you are usually able to get an appointment to see a doctor within two days. Been with this practice for 9 years, and very happy with it.

Big, big NO, NO, NO! Rude staff, unprofessional and totally out of line. They have requested 50p for a printed paper. When you ask for the results they give you a paper with recommendations in change of the full exam you had. If you ask to have your name changed the staff is almost beating you because... YOU HAVE TO WAIT and YOU HAVE TO PROVIDE AGAIN AND AGAIN OTHER PAPERWORK!

I'm disappointed and I'm feeling lost...I have so many question marks.
I've got a quick appointment but the services is quite low. Rude attitude and they get angry if you ask more information (Note: I didn't go to the GP for flu).

Dreadful rude and unhelpful on first calling and unobtainable otherwise. Its an extraordinary state of affairs when a patient cannot get someone on the line to spaek too even after repeated calls.

I gave five stars to the children health centre section only. This was was for the years 2015 to 2016. I've only had one experience with the reception for the rest of the place and I found their procedure very confusing.
But the children's centre is very good, all we're very friendly. One health visitor in particular realised something was not right with my son and was persistant with my gp that he needed furthet examination which the doctor there felt he didnt. She keep contacting him until he made the referral and continued to be apart of the process to getting my son the operation he needed. So I will always be grateful. She was the voice to get the gp to listen and help my son.
