Bad welcoming by the receptionists. Initially they said that we couldn't do the check-in, as the person that booked the rooms for us had to send a credit card authorization... But that person is based in the West coast in the US, so it was 4am for her and a Saturday. The company where we work made the booking for five persons, and we have a travel and events coordinator who takes care of our company travelings. It was a nonsense and bad behaviour at a "five" star hotel!
