I would definitely recommend this company. I have utilized them for both call recording as well as support for my Mitel phone system and they are incredibly responsive and helpful. Whatever my support needs are, weather regarding the phone system or for training/help with recordings or software, they provide excellent support and customer service. Great company and people!

There is not one particular event that makes me the happiest. I have found the help desk to always be willing to dig deeper so that I have an answer for my call center for any problems that may arise.

And if there is something that I need to do, support always helps me by explaining why it needs to be done.

The software does what it is supposed to. Record calls and create reports, to better my call center and the customer's experience.

We have been with Co-nexus for a number of years now and I would highly recommend their call recording software. We recently upgraded our phone system and the customer support team went above and beyond to help make the transition as smooth as possible. The team that Co-nexus has put together is extremely professional and very knowledgeable in their fields of expertise. We are extremely satisfied with Co-nexus and our plan is to continue to use them for many more years.
