There is not one particular event that makes me the happiest. I have found the help desk to always be willing to dig deeper so that I have an answer for my call center for any problems that may arise.

And if there is something that I need to do, support always helps me by explaining why it needs to be done.

The software does what it is supposed to. Record calls and create reports, to better my call center and the customer's experience.
