Great small store, relaxed shopping plenty of space very friendly

Needs friendlier access for wheelchairs for purchasers friends and somewhere to sit down for friends in the hanging room. Armchairs?

Its a compacted jack of all trades. Due to its size each department is a bit underwhelming.

Placed for ease of access instead of going to leeds city centre

Nice shop, doesn't stock a large selection but they can order in for you. Good location for click n collect.

Easy access store with free parking.
Regular Next shoppers know what to expect - modern fashion and homewares. Clean store and helpful staff.
Not ideal for wheelchair or pushchair users. Many high rails and narrow ailses in places.
Ask for help, you will get it.

Trendy clothes for all age.groups a good range of sizes and styles a very good selection of furniture bed linen curtains etc not forgetting perfumes makeup and toiletries

Lovely next shop, bright, clean and friendly staff.

Hours say open till 8pm Sunday went at 5 and it was closed

Large store with plenty to choose from from clothes to furniture good kids clothes here !

Good location with links to motorways and close to Leeds. Other units in retail park mean that you can kill a few birds with one stone. Handy for picking up directory orders without having to pay for high street parking.

Always friendly, polite and helpful. Closing time exellent for those late evening shoppers. Good quality branded store.

Most of the clothes are for the thinner person, not good for short people with a belly

Visited the branch today to pick an item up I had ordered online before picking my order up decided to have a browse, two particular items caught my eye neither in my size decided against one a blouse beautiful on the hanger but didn't suit me at all, the young lady in charge of the dressing room was a real help and very friendly the other item a longline tunic I absolutely fell in love with again the size I wanted wasn't available on the hangers, I went to enquire at the desk well what an experience the young lady just could not do enough for me she offered to order it online for me she went online and why I dont know me but it wasn't available to order and wasn't available at the warehouse she must have noticed my disappointment and said "don't worry I will try other stores for you she started ringing other stores Crown Point, Harrogate and one other I couldn't remember no luck I felt so bad for her, her patience with me was unbelievable and her pleasant nature was excellent I can honestly say I have never had Customer Service like that I felt like a V.I.P oh yes she did manage to find me the item I wanted and I shall be picking it up on Thursday.......I am a frequent shopper all around Leeds and sometimes I have been treated with such distain as I am what you would say not a young trendy lady but I love clothes and love the style of Next clothing and like keeping up with the trend .....most assistants just don't have time for customers and sometimes you get a look like "don't bother me" and "how dare you ask such a stupid question" by the way I have never put pen to paper as they say to compliment any store. I did manage to make a note of the young ladies name "Katie at the Colton Store " she made my day and although I order from the internet I will be back into the store hopefully to see that pleasant kind helpful young lady with a brilliant future in retail ( take care of her Management ) Thankyou Margaret Preece

Good location -easy access by bus/car and level access for wheelchairs & buggies (not sure if theres a lift to 1st floor though). Great helpful staff too, especially when returning items ordered online - it would get 5 stars if the quality of clothing was better

Enjoyed browsing in next, was after cushions, saw what I wanted but only to be told they were out of stock, wasn't able to order so left disappointed
