As of yesterday, you get only one star. You took away CBS, our local news channel. Sure there are other channels, but they cover the areas that are close to them. Shameful, to use us. I certainly hope that DirecTV prorates the bill.

Terrible, awful, depressing place to work. Old-fashioned workplace policies combined with micromanagement that will leave you wanting to put a bullet in your head. Upper management lacks the education to understand the day-to-day workload of the grunts, leading to a disproportionate workload among employees. Half of these five-star reviews are from current or former employees. Steer clear.

"M my my my momma my momma said" ... BOBBY hamilton is an asset to nexstar network he absolutely great at getting the message across. He brings energy to the room and ignites the flame inside of us. Thanks to him I feel 200% more equipped to tackle my next task head on .. your a champion mate "rock on"

We have been a member of this organization since 1999 - to say that our membership has changed our business is an understatement. One of the best things about this organization is they keep changing and adapting to best practices to help us evolve into a better service company.

I'm so upset with Nextsar. I work hard all day long. I come home to watch some of my favorite shows, and now I don't have them. I already pay a hefty price to watch TV when I really don't have to. Someone needs to take charge and figure this crapp out as it's unfair to all of the paying customers. I am not sure why or what is going on but surely it can be figured out and not cost the people a ton of money. Exhausted!!!

If I could give them 0 stars, that s what they would get. Quit screwing around with our channels, don t you fracking people get enough of our money? If I could dump Directv, I d do it in a heartbeat. Give us back our channels jerks!

Best organization in the country for collaborative business ideas. I wish there were more organizations out there like Nexstar and I'm lucky to be a member of such a top notch place. I've learned so much and I'm excited to go back.

A copy of the review that I left for Performance A...

A copy of the review that I left for Performance AC of Bradenton Fl., this business is making your network look bad ; I had an appointment scheduled for first call at 10:00 AM. I spoke with the tech Michael the night before and he would call when he was leaving his house at 9:00 AM. I finally received a call from him at about 10:45 explaining he had changed our plans without letting me know. He said he "could probably be at my house in about an hour, he had a job close to his house so he decided to that one first." No apology and no call. I called Performance AC and no answer and the mail box was full. When I tried to call the tech around 9:30 when I had not heard from him as promised no answer and his mail box was full also. I obviously cancelled the service call and will never do business with "Performance".

Unfortunately, many of the reviews written here are for the WRONG company. The wrong company is some type of communications company. NEXSTAR NETWORK, however is a great organization that teaches businesses how to thrive. I am unfortunately, not a member anymore, but my experience was wonderful! They are a great training organization and I wish I was still with them.

You took away CBS from Direct TV. I barely have things to watch now and you took a local station during hurricane season because of money.....
Negotiate and fix this. We already pay enough for service. Money isn't everything and you can't take it with you where you're going for being greedy.

I Attended the service system course. Bobby Hamilton was our trainer. He was AWESOME! He paid close attention to everyone's questions, had A very impressive teaching technique that kept the audience engaged. He had some great stories to share and provided a ton of excellent information that will help me grow not just professionally but personally. I'd highly recommend him again. 5 stars for sure!! Thanks Bobby!

We people and Dayton had a really hard time this year we had a tornado go through and then when we turn on NBC it s not there it s gone took me a month to get my TV back cable back and then I turned on NBC and I got nothing yesterday Att s fault but it s your fault to I always watch NBC but not now it s not there

Went through a 3 day Nexstar training with Bobby Hamilton as the trainer. Was my second time around. The 4 years I ve been with DrainMasters AK I ve seen a massive growth in the company because of the training that is implemented. The best part is.. it s a really not work but a vacation of education!

Hard to describe or put into words my experience with advanced. It transcends. I was with a group from my company and after day one we were engaged in reading parts of 7 Steps to each other in the evening.. A commitment was made between ourselves that we would get the most out of this time together to build. We were ready for it and KM delivered. Thank you Keith.

It is so easy to leave a review but I find that far to often is is the negative reviews that are left. I firmly believe that should be the other way around. My experience with Keith was incredible. Not only did he explain how to improve customer relations but he explained why we should and how it would benefit the client. His vast knowledge on the matter has changed my entire outlook on service work. This is my third experience with nexstar training but never has an advisor taken the time to focus on the psychological instead of the scripting. This has been one of the most uplifting and educational moments in my life. If Keith or your dear mother (whom you referenced several times) are reading this, thank you so much, this has been an amazing experience that will forever change how I view my chosen profession. You have my undying gratitude.

I want to give a huge shout out to Bobby Hamilton!...

I want to give a huge shout out to Bobby Hamilton! I attended his sales training just a couple weeks ago and I was very impressed! Bobby has a way with keeping things professional and lighthearted all at the same time!

After the training I started practicing all of the new concepts that I d learned from Bobby and the nexstar system.

Just this last week while out on a call I did the opposite of what I would have done before Bobby s training. The result was an extremely happy customer who had no idea how many solutions there were for his home. It also turned into the largest sale of my career!

Thanks Bobby!
