They are scammers I lost a lot of money with them they invent the traceability of your parcels and even extra taxes for customs and citizen permits they say and then the purchased goods don't even arrive they should do checks on their side and arrest them

Terrible company, they'll give you an option for signeture delivery (which is a false statement) then deliver your package right on the street (23 Large 40 lb boxes) for which I payed to be delivered door to door, and should have taken them upstaires to my floor, so they ended up being delivered with no signeture then say that you should have payed for a "confirmation signature". Why would they even have an option that has no purpose. They wouldn't care what you're stuff value. They are a scam who say they have no authority on the shipping companies. Just go for a real shipping company instrad.
Really terrible customer service. They din't warn us about additional fees and by the time it is delivered there's no choice but to pay. The shipment ended up being delayed by close to a week because no one at Nex communicated that additional fees had to be paid upon arrival. Unethical and unhelpful.
I have been working with them for 3 years and they helped me with every issues even some issues that were not under their control. They might charge a little more than other firms but I rather have a piece of mind for my shipment than saving few bucks. I highly recommend them if you have shipment from or to Turkey.
They have additional hidden costs, or I would say unethical and unfair pricing. They gave me a price quote, but charged me additional once my items reached overseas. At that point, they know that the customer has not other option but pay additional charges. So, do not think that they have cheaper price based on price quote, since they never obey to the price quote, but charge more than other companies in total.
Absolutely the worst! They damaged my shipment and for the past 9 months I have been requesting an insurance claim and they will not even reply to my multiple email and phone call requests. They are not forthright in how they do business! AWFUL!
I used them for three international shipments and all were delivered without any problems or hidden fees and for less money. The process was great and all my questions were answered before shipping. I highly recommend them.
You ship with UPS, FedEx or DHL, you pay almost 60% less, and if any problem occurs with the service the exceptional customer service team chases the situation for you like a personal assistant would do. What else a business could need? Will keep using & highly recommended.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY SHIPPING. They will overcharge you after the package delivered without any notification. I used this company three times in the first half year and was overcharged every time when the shipping done. No, they don't notify you any such charges in advance. They simply charged your credit card with some reason like inaccurate box size or something like that but without any proof from the real shipping carrier like DHL.
Don't even bother to dispute your bill with them because they will not rely it and simply delete the ticket!! Believe me, I tried and got the hard session.
Their rate might look good at the beginning but you will regret late.
I used Nex to ship a package to Dominican Republic, the entire process was so easy. The customer service was excellent. They saved me $200 and the package arrived 7 days prior than the expected date.
I've been using NEX Worldwide Express for over 2 years for many international shipments. Their service is excellent. You must be clear on your instructions and check all of the appropriate boxes to receive the correct service and meet your expectation. NEX Worldwide Express has always exceeded my expectations and I will continue to use them and highly recommend them.
UPDATE - OUR PERSONAL EFFECTS ARRIVED AND THERE WERE 2 JACKETS STOLEN (ONE A CANADA GOOSE AND ONE LEATHER) To any business or consumer STOP before considering using this company, I have no reason to have issues with this company other than the purely terrible service I have received, I list this down below. I am horrified and the fraudulent & terrible service I have received with this company for international shipping out of the USA. (Note I have still not received my shipment 3X suitcases of personal effects) I am genuinely surprised that companies like this still exist in the modern age, and suggest that there be further enquiries into the validity of this business. To anyone thinking of using this company STOP, they lie to get your business stating they provide an "door to door" international services when actually all they are doing is "booking" FedEx in my scenario and then when there are issues (such as this company not providing international customs documentation) they provide you a paid number you need to call with nonexistent service, email details that no one responds to, and also begin the process of "ghosting" your requests for assistance & reminding the business of their duty of care.
This company 1. Promises door to door services & takes the money 2. Hands over immediately to a standard courier company 3. Washes their hands of the shipment, and does not provide the shipping company any details relating to the contents of the shipment or customs requirements, even though you complete all of the customs declarations with the company 4. Provides you unattainable phone numbers in different companies & non existent email addresses with no response 5. Stops responding to your enquiries once you realize that you have been scammed
Tried to ship crate from US to Italy. Was quoted a price. We moved forward. Tried to maintain communication. Kept getting an emails saying I'll be told the next steps in the next email. Tried to call no answer, tried to pay no response. Was a huge waste time. Was promised crate would he shipped on the 12th and the company ghosted me on the 8th leaving me wondering what was going on. And if I had just gotten screwed.
This caused a huge backup with shipping and my timeline. It messed everything up after being assured for weeks it was all set and ready to go.
DO NOT RECOMMEND. Needed 3 different items picked up today between 12:30pm and 4:30pm. Left instructions in the space on where to go to pick up items and number to call. Got no call from them. I reached out to them via all the phone #s listed on their site and kept getting disconnected or kept on hold and asked to leave a message via an automated service. Sent email and FB message. No response. Not worth my time. Cancelling order.

I Sent the package on June 12 with this company to go from Colorado to Trinidad and Tobago.the package arrived in trinidad but never got release because the information tje billing company provided was flagged as fraudulent. I have made many attempts to get my package deliver it's been 5 months and my package has not been Delivered. I have contacted this company many times they refused to help me and now day ignoring me will not take my calls or return call even after leave multiple messages This is not a good company to do business with.Poor customer service!
I have sent my moms stuff back to Sydney with shipnex. They offered the lowest shipping price that I found on internet. I have printed shipping label from their website and driver picked up my box on Tuesday and it was delivered on Friday in Sydney. Good service, keep up the good work!
Very quick and great customer service. i had some household goods to ship from California to Denmark. too much to bring on my flight home, too little for even a shared container. I used NEXT and my goods were shipped in less that 36 hours total. All goods arrived in mint condition. I am very satisfied.
Be careful - they'll charge you additional costs once your item reaches it's destination. And if you even try to talk to their customer service about it, they'll direct you to a landing page on their website and offer no further help. I will never use them again. They claimed my shipment weighed an extra 30lbs and charged me accordingly. It didn't weigh an extra 30lb when it left my house, though. But since my package has already reached it's destination, I can't protest this. And when I asked for help, Maria (CSR I dealt with), sent me a link to their legalities page on their site and ended the conversation right there. I feel like customer service is extremely important in this day and age and ShipNex failed miserably in that aspect. They also did say initially that additional charges would be a possibility. When I agreed to ship through them, they implied that the original fee was the only charge I would incur. Then three weeks after my package reached it's destination, they sent me a second invoice for the same amount as my first one with minimal explanation, and then took an entire 24 hours to respond to my inquiry when I asked why I was receiving a second charge. 1/5 stars is the lowest I could give them. I'd give them 0 if I could.

Very simple this company will steal your money. I shipped an item through them with Fedex. The item was to arrive by 12:00 the next day the freight was $171.35 for priority overnight. The package arrived at 1:26 PM which was a failure of service as verified by Laura at Fedex. A full refund to be issued. BUT Deniz Schin emailed me today that Fedex only approved 1/2 of the cost of the shipment ($77.60) which $77.60 isn t 1/2 of $171.35. BUT why is Shipnex trying to steal my money almost $100.00???? I ll be filling a credit card dispute tomorrow with my bank to get the full refund that is what is due to me according to Fedex ( Laura ) They say they save you money but I don t see it here. I see them stealing people s money

ONE STAR IS WAY TOO MUCH! I would not recommend them at all. Loss of money, destroyed packages, owe me $2000 for claims and TERRIBLE TERRIBLE customer support/claim support. I moved from Chicago to Alabama and sent packages through ShipNex They used FedEx to transport my 6 packages but did not put the declared value for the packages. The packages were damaged and destroyed everything inside them. The declared value for the packages together was $2000 and I paid the extra insurance for this also. All my holiday decors, dinner sets, kitchen stuff were destroyed. The dinner sets were broken and the holiday decor for thanksgiving and chrishtmas were destroyed. The packages were labeled as FRAGILE and I made sure that the inside of the package was also correctly padded. (Used heavy duty shipping boxes, wraps, protective papers, clothes for correctly packing the items). When my packages returned damaged, I contacted FedEx and they said ShipNex did not put any declared value and hence ShipNex is liable. When I contacted ShipNex, they said they will take care of this and went radio silence for a whole month. I mailed them and tried calling them and did not get any response. I am still trying but they are not responding at all..
Especially Feyza Ozcilingir is the one not responding. I snet multiple mails, VM's and also tried calling but no response.
They owe me $2000 for the insurance claims.
Edits- your resolution is of no help as it s because you dropped the ball on your end- FedEx/Shipnex is not paying me the right amount. As for the ball dropping part- you did not put the declared value on the packages. It because of ur oversight, I am suffering. Thank you for your response after a month! Appreciate it.
Edit2: shipnex sent me the check for the insurance. They paid in full and I am happy they helped me out in the end. Alls well that ends well!!

This is the worst company to deal with. Cagla and Fayza are unprofessional at doing their jobs. How long do booking confirmation take? Seriously. I have dealt with companies before and the turn around is between 1 hour to 24 hours not a full 2 weeks. and I believe the five-star reviews were left from the people within the company and their families.
If you are looking for professional services this is NOT your place. 1 star is way too much. Lost money and time by waiting / bagging to happen for the service that was promised. There is even no appologie for the service never happened.
Been using shipnex for over 9 years for my company. Very cheap rates for express and international shipments. Never had a issue.. just make sure you put your exact weight and dimensions.... this is key.
BEWARE THE HIDDEN FEES! They charge you extra for little bits, like residential address / extra handling, etc... The fees are confusing and are not shown in the original calculator. I found out about them only from the previous reviews and confirmed them with their chat operator.
I used ShipNex to ship a vehicle from the US to Argentina. There was a complete lack of communication on their end and all information was passed on to me at the very last minute. The experience was incredibly chaotic and I would not recommend this company to anyone.
