Very simple this company will steal your money. I shipped an item through them with Fedex. The item was to arrive by 12:00 the next day the freight was $171.35 for priority overnight.
The package arrived at 1:26 PM which was a failure of service as verified by Laura at Fedex. A full refund to be issued. BUT Deniz Schin emailed me today that Fedex only approved 1/2 of the cost of the shipment ($77.60) which $77.60 isn t 1/2 of $171.35. BUT why is Shipnex trying to steal my money almost $100.00???? I ll be filling a credit card dispute tomorrow with my bank to get the full refund that is what is due to me according to Fedex ( Laura )
They say they save you money but I don t see it here. I see them stealing people s money
