Fantastic customer service, knowledgeable representatives. Everything was explained in clear concise language, all our questions answered promptly and completely. We were kept informed and updated every step of the way. The line of communications were great between Neal O'Neal and ourselves despite the time differences between the coasts. Excellent company to do business with and I will use them again next time we get a mortgage. Highly recommend NewDay USA to anyone, great company to do business with.

Kept me informed during the whole process.
He got me the greatest rate and gave us enough to pay off all the construction loans and a consolidation loan.
They all had high interest rates as much as 24%.
Now they are paid off, we can write off all the upgrades, Solar, Windows, New heating and Air, New Driveway, remodeled Bathroom.
Were saving about 15 hundred in monthly Bill's and we can write off the interest now with the home loan.
Best of all our house payment was almost 300 a month more than the old monthly payment.
So we save Electric Solar Panels

Our Account Agent was super helpful and flexible. We went to Texas, with only a pre-authorization, and left with an accepted offer through the efforts of the Nwe Day team. We closed on that house this last Wednesday, from our current home in South Carolina, and are eagerly looking forward to the move!

Meticulous. Well led by the NewDay agent. Always felt at ease and complete trust in the process. Customer care obvious. Care for a veteran likewise top shelf. Agent Mr Kirk Thomas was a consummate professional. Courteous and always proactive to the process Kept us accurately informed, on glide slope to a much lower interest rate. Outcome is perfect. This company bought my information somewhere, since then it has sent a non stop barrage of unwanted letters trying to get me to refinance. I have called and emailed this company to get the letters to stop. Every time they say they will, but it is all lies. A single letter a month would not be worth a complaint, however multiple a week is blatant harassment. This company and the liars that work for it are comparable to petty con artists in that they steal your information, continuously solicit you and refuse to stop.

From day one I had the same account executive, Anna, and she was there the whole process. It was great only having to deal with one person. Anna was knowledgeable, pleasant and always available. I have to say there is nothing to complain about. Awesome service! And they saved me a lot of money!!!

Overall this is a decent financial institution that will meet your financial needs and requirements. What I will say as a service member of over 10 years of service and having to provide all my required documentation showing my service/employment just for them to question is ridiculous and disrespectful . It was almost as if they thought that I was not truthful to the matter. I provided two months worth of pay stubs and had to provide not one statement of service but two.. The closing documents were incorrect and it pushed the closing another week and thus delaying the funds later then they originally said!

All the representatives throughout the process were professional, courteous, answered all our questions, prompt and very efficient. My husband and I were very impressed with the quality of service. Hats off to Dylan Moran for his pleasant personality, knowledge and professionalism.

Easy to close but immediately transferred to PHH Mortgage. Has been nothing but a disaster since. My wife spends hours and hours on the phone with them each month to get the statement corrected. Funds routinely mis-applied.
So, my suggestion is to swallow poison before ever refinancing with New Day!

I received outstanding support from the NewDay USA staff. I was kept informed of my loan status and actually was able to close in a surprising under 20 day period. The entire process was seamless and much appreciated!
