You can't beat the customer service! I speak to my Scorpion account manager either by phone or email at least once a week. We talk about new ideas, what's working, what's not working. He's always looking to make my campaigns better. I'm confident in the advice I receive. I'm able to run with it because I trust my team!
I sent a very "outside the normal scope of work" type of request to my rep, Justin. He quickly grabbed that request and went to other departments to see if it could be done. He got it done and it meant that I worked with folks in three other departments around the company. Every single one of them jumped in with patience and enthusiasm to make sure we had the best possible experience. I soooo appreciated that everybody from Justin to the other three departments ALL grabbed onto this opportunity to make a WOW moment for us. It was great! My wife works with a company which has a contract with this marketing group. She was afraid to leave a review under name for fear of backlash from corporate. Since this company has taken over their marketing, her overall calls have gone down more than 50% and leads for employment would freely flow. They have made it so that each office now has to pay to join a program they have setup to get leads for employment so essentially taking more money from their pockets for something that was never an issue in the past. If they try to use an outside service they are bullied and told lies about it hurting their business. If the work they provided was honest, decent and IT WORKED there would be no issue, however I see the numbers she sends me and this is nothing but a money grab. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere, there are many other reputable companies that are able to provide honest work and services.

Company is a joke. Only traction Facebook ads get are from paid rep who boasts about being top fan on page. The two record days for leads were pipe leaks during the winter storm. This isn t even a service we offer
This company will tell you everything you "want" to hear to get your business. Once you are a client it's nothing but headaches and disappointment. PPC campaigns that do not yield any leads and hundreds of dollars spent each month to get nowhere. Their sales team has no idea what they are talking about. Stay away from this company and go find an honest, hard working marketing company to help you with your business. These people will just nickle and dime.
