Easy to close but immediately transferred to PHH Mortgage. Has been nothing but a disaster since. My wife spends hours and hours on the phone with them each month to get the statement corrected. Funds routinely mis-applied.
So, my suggestion is to swallow poison before ever refinancing with New Day!
