Customers service and assistance is a number one priority in any electronic store or business and bestbuy has it all.

Ordered new cell phone online and picked it up at the store. Verizon reps and best buy store people were very nice

Trouble with a gift Sim card. Bought 1500 usd and couldn't make the gift Sim card work, prepaid usd 30 not working only gift Sim card. They won't give me another. Chip would have been useful although I have roaming.

If you want technology, that's right there. And it has very nice and efficient service in Portuguese.

Not to miss offering wjat we are looking for without being pushed to go online.

Best buy is great for( got to have it now) purchases.

small store of Bestbuy. There are a lot of popular items(apple, samsung, sony etc), not niche items. If you need something special, go to online store.

Quick and easy for in store pickup after buying online. Store was still rather cluttered and not as clean of an environment as many other retail store.

Lack of support or knowledge by employees about goods in stock. Spent lot of time waiting and trying to find products.

This is on the 5th avenue, its my place to go; however there few things are not complete.

Well sorted Best Buy. Employees are very friendly and helpful. If I'm in NYC again and in need of visiting a Best Buy this would be my first choice.

I've visited many retail stores and this was your typical experience or lack of. There were so many associates standing around and none of whom approached me to see if I needed anything. I then proceeded to the downstairs area and was finally approached by a gentlemen who asked if I needed help. I politely declined, but shouldn't all reps do that especially when your not busy and see a customer/opportunity? And yes I made a purchase prior to being helped. The concept of treating customers like family or putting oneself in another person's shoes is unfortunately a lost art.

Nothing special. Doesnt have enough things. Bestbuy in NYC is bad...

I don't know what to think about this place, like the workers in Samsung department you ask them for assistance and they ignoring you talking with each others, or watching sports on there's laptop very unprofessional.

There is always immediate help and with a lot of knowledge from your associates.

The place have a complete offer to choose any electronic device you need. But IT was very dificult buy , the payment method with credit or debit card usually needs authorization and you lose time and probably the bank block your card.

Unless you need a cable or an emergency replacement thingy, you're better off going online. Clerks aren't well versed in the things they sell and they seem more interested in standing and chatting with each other. But if you worked here, you'd probably do the same. Best Buy isn't the store it used to be, and this outpost is even worse.

Went to this place jut after midnight on Black friday it was shocking loads of good deals

This is a BIG multi level Best Buy in the middle of Manhattan. Nice selection of items, and what was a pleasant surprise, very friendly staff looking to help but not in your face.

Department of electronic articles that you find everything. Being in NY there is unfortunately a decline in relation to Photo and video articles because of the B&H Store, but you can find many useful things.

Doesnt always have what youbare looking for and is full of tourists during the day but convienent if you work in the area
