This is my go to Best Buy since I'm always at work...

This is my go to Best Buy since I'm always at work and this is near my job. I can always go and look around for movies and games very easy. Recently I didnt like the new set up bear the entrance. Apple and Samsung stations occupy to much store space forcing Best Buy to condense and move the movie and music sections to the basement portion of the store. I like the older set up better of u ask me. Other than that staff is helpful and always looking to help even when ur not asking for it. Cashing out is usually quick and painless. They always to seem to have inventory for everything on shelf.

I placed an order on Bestbuy.com for an LG CX77, the TV failed. I tried to setup an exchange through bestbuy.com however was unable to do so due to the order being stuck in "ready for delivery" status since purchase (2+ weeks).

I called BestBuy over 15 times. Spoke to dozens of people, had cases open, nobody could help me. After a week went by I posted on the BestBuy Reddit and a BestBuy employee told me to go to a local store and ask for a manager and ask them to talk to "the bridge". The bridge is support for bestbuy employees.

I went to this location, 44th and 5th. I worked with Kirk a Sales Manager. Although I had to go back twice as he had to file paperwork to get the order released as delivered he was the only person able to resolve my issue. He is a true professional and I am so grateful he was able to help me, I was at my wits end trying to get this resolved.

As soon as i walked in there was someone there to guide me in the right direction, Mercelle in the computer section helped us out a lot, she made us feel very comfortable and treated us like valued customers, and has well rounded knowledge on computers ,the whole team there seem to be knowledgeable and helpful,

Visited this store 30 mins ago looking to buy a Ma...

Visited this store 30 mins ago looking to buy a Manfrotto Tripod. Checked online and website says it's available in this store for the openbox. One of the guy on camera dept said that it only available for online purchase.

Just before I change my mind I walked myself to the shelf and find this only one Tripod with the similar price tag. Brought it to the counter and purchase it.

I was wondering why the guy said it's only available for online purchase while the tripod is there?

Such a great online system with poor customer service?

Called in advance to see if they had the laptop I wanted to see on display. Called multiple times over 3 days to confirm it was on display finally getting a response on the third day. Go to see the laptop which was a 2 in 1, pen is missing. Ask associate if they keep the pen away so it doesn't get stolen as I'd like to try out the pen on this model because it contains the ES digitizer I had been looking for. " I dun even know where that pen is, its been gone for a while." Asking another associate the other says where he believes it might be but doubts it. "So nah man, we don't got it." Thank you for wasting my time best buy on 5th avenue. My fault I suppose for straying from online shopping and foolishly relying on human elements.

Normal Media Markt style with many employees who try to help as best they can, similar to the German consumer electronics store. Not so good in this branch. Everyone is busy with themselves and a maximum of 30% of the workforce really look at customer issues. Didn't convince me.
