The attention of the employees was not the best. And it has things on offer that they don't even know and you have to walk one showing the prices.

Technological accessories store in the heart of Manhattan, has a wide variety of products, in addition to those available on its website. The employees are attentive and offer the necessary help at all times. Prices can be somewhat high but there are often offers. It is worth a visit by fans of the latest technological trends.

Every year I went to NY, I never got a good attention from the employees if one wants to ask a question. This year I asked for a fit watch and they told me that I didn't receive notifications, when I did, I bought somewhere else.

Well located and with a lot of variety.

I have gone to several places but especially this place I do not go good attention of its staff.

They were in a bad mood

First day in new location. They moved across the street so was a bit hectic. Large selection of TVs and electronics

I found what I was looking for and was not in other stores

Worse customer service ever, specially one her name is gessenia I think and always with her attitude worse worker she don t know what she s doing plus she was giving free games to others customer, I think is kinda weird that because others Best Buy they don t do that. I didn t like the way she work and serve the customer

This store is terrible. I paid for a Zagg Invisible Shield and asked that they install it but the screen protector they installed is definitely not a Zagg, and they didn't give me the box afterwards, or my original screen protector back so I'm out $50 for a cheap screen protector. Not only that, I can't even get anyone from the store on the phone to figure out a solution to the problem.

Very attentive all the staff, almost all the staff spoke Spanish in addition to English and that is valued very much, added to an attention of 10

Staff is not to knowledgeable on their products. Had to go to so many different sales reps, until I found the one that had an idea of what I was looking for.

I did not find anything I was looking for, they treated me badly and I wasted my time

I often stop here to pick up stuff that I've ordered, for pickup. It's always a quick stop. This is a really busy location.

They had everything I needed. The store was a good size. There's a basement where most everything is.

The store is very busy and it is sometimes difficult to get attention from employees, but nothing big.

Several electronic products but nobody knew the difference of some products that I consulted. There are sellers who speak Spanish, but as I said they did not know how to give advice

Actually the staff has a little knowledge and lack of sort the problems. Simply they don t care. They just know what they are standing on front, but it s also limited.

I showed up at this Beat Buy at 858pm, and the store was closing. I tried to go in the doors and young male 2 workers came up to me - and got very close - and said "Closed! We're closed bro!" I said I just had a quick question, then the other put his hand by his neck and made a cutting motion and said "What don't you understand about closed?!" And walked out. I went to the security guard who laughed and I said "I just have a simple question." He said "I'm security I don't have any answers for you - we're closed." So I left.

That's a terrible way to treat a person.

I don't expect this review will make any difference, being that Best Buy is so large, but we've gotta treat each other better than that.

Electric stores with a limited range due to their size. Prices good.

Good prices if you know how to search. There is a lot of variety and some items are not of such good quality, the prices are the same as those listed on the page. Although there may be differences between local and local. It is advisable to know that you are going to buy before going to avoid losing time

Disappointing choices, high prices and sellers track you down. Very disagreeable!

Unfriendly and unprofessional staff.... Their security personnel are really annoying and poke their noses to everything on you from cell phone to bag.

Dream of all Brazilians! One of the best known stores for selling electronics in general. And best of all are the prices!

One of the few best buys in this city that actually has a decent experience inside. I really like the layout as well.

Best Buy is a hit or miss for me. Sometimes I get really good service and offers, other times it seems to be impossible to get somebody s attention in the store. I would certainly appreciate it more of the staff were able to deal with busy periods better.

My experience with Best Buy today was quite pleasant. I have not had the chance to go there before today. As soon as I walked in someone was already saying "Welcome' and "Hello". I like the people that do that, because I am hard of hearing.

I was able to speak with Raymond who was an informative wealth of knowledge. He knew exactly where to go when I told him I was looking to purchase a laptop for school/writing.

He helped me through the entire process and he touched upon all of the accessories and add-ins for the computer very informatively, but casual at the same time.

He did not push anything I was not interested in and knew how to guide me through to compare and contrast the makes and models, but the first one he showed me by hp was the right one from the start.

He was an excellent help and I would gladly go back any time I might be able to in the future.

Great option for buying electronics. Variety of products in store floors.

I bought a MacBook from here, I was supposed to get 6 months anti-virus and 1 year of Apple TV+ and they kept telling me I would receive it. It s been a week of me calling non stop and visiting the stores to ask when I will get them and now they told me I won t get them because they weren t offering them. Also the sales representative that assisted me in this store was not so informative. To say I am disappointed is a big understatement.

1st experience was ok. Place was so crowded but I couldn't believe how well organized the staff moves the crowd. Good work guys!

They have all that I need and at sensible prices.Employees are in every case well disposed and come to you. Some do it excessively much and attempt to get you to arrive that deal.

What you are looking for at the best price wherever you are in the United States

there is good and bad customer service and too many customers

Two levels, ground and basement, not many options to browse when it comes to desktop and laptop PCs.
There's a Gear VR demo setup, but it doesn't work.
They need to setup some console demos, including PS VR. Something like Oculus or Vibe demo would be killer too.

Not interesting to do business. Rates identical to France on many products.
