The service is very objective and at times it may seem that they are doing you a favor, but the store has the main technology products at a good price. Worth it. It is worth noting that some products are only available to buy online and to be delivered (this is very common in the USA), so if you already know what to buy, buy and ask to deliver where you are staying, after researching the price.

lost of lazy people there that seeing customer kind of lost and nobody cares.

Wheelchair access is accessible, there is an accessible bathroom and elevator, the penalty was that I could not walk the premises were narrow corridors and boxes of televisions occupying the middle of the corridor, we could not see or buy, we retired, a shame. Maybe if they climbed into a wheelchair and walked around the premises they would realize the difficulties

I wanted to say how extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable a member of the geek squad (Brinkley) at this location was!
I came in to get my phone screen fixed but had not backed up my phone ever. He politely explained how to back up my phone via the iCloud, the process of getting my screen fixed & even wrote down a tip for clearing space on my computer because I asked (completely unrelated to my appointment)! It was going to be a 2 day ordeal, so he told me to come in whenever the store opened the next day to continue our appointment, which was the biggest stress relief for me.The next day, he aided me in doing research for the cheapest option, even though it meant he was turning down business. He even got in contact with one of his friends to help me in my process of fixing my screen. He absolutely went above & beyond for customer assistance. I m not good at all with technology but he was never frustrated with my lack of knowledge. I would recommend this Best Buy & geek squad to anyone just because of how excellent he was!! Thank you Brinkley!!
