An electronic store all that is basic for the United States. Note that I was asked at least 5 times if I needed help

A big branch, but when you leave, you're treated like a thief. They check your receipt and the inside of the bag.

Fantastic service - definitely recommend this store. I bought a smart watch and the attendant helped me through the whole process, even though my phone was dying. He borrowed a colleague's charger so we could keep going. Definitely recommend!

Rare to shop at such a large store with sufficient knowledgeable staff on hand. I was so pleased, I want back the next day to purchase other items on my list.

The attention is first class and they have everything you need. Particularly a Cliff employee was amazing helping me get what I was looking for, an absolute first class attention. If they go ask for it (May 2019).

The selection is kept neat, but if I had done some research before entering the store, I can't always intuitively find the products I was looking at online. It's nice to be able to touch and test the electronics in store, but some devices were turned off or not properly working.

If you are not shopping online ... then best buy is the best for any gadgets and home appliances

There was a rat in the store, the staff panic. Pretty funny though

A good place to go to see products before you place your order with Amazon because too often Best Buy doesn't offer the best buy. I'd love to be able to say they earn the premium prices by having in store expertise, but finding knowledgeable help there is a hit or miss proposition. I bought a cell phone there. Case for it wasn't in stock so they special ordered it. Turned out not to fit the phone. Holes in the wrong places for this phone. Amazon had the right case that I needed and at a good price too. A store worth a visit on a rainy day, but my Mama told me, you've got to shop around.

Shop with a variety of items and with great prices and sellers. I made an order day and hr fulfilled to the letter without problems loved it.

There is no variety, they do not have what they publish on the web, I did not like it

Excellent option for a quick purchase. This mega store has many electronics options.

Staff have attitude and NOT helpful.
They didn't price match Adorama.

Only place opens its restroom in 3 blocks nearby. Deserves 5 stars

It is the reference site for acquiring technology. Do not expect many offers but the possibility of finding what you are looking for at the right price

Its premises are super well organized, have Wi-Fi available and many are open 24 hours a day, ideal for purchases outside the hours when one can know the different points of the city

I find it messy .... but in NY ... have to visit for electronics ....

The store was reviewed and it is actually quite nice. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

We stayed here as part of our New York vacation. The selection is more than adequate for the size and especially the location (right near Bryant Park) and the prices are typically Best Buy. So all in all, I can make a recommendation.

When in need of a exchange or return. They are very knowledgeable of the products they sell and don't give you a hard time. In and out process

Rather crowded as was expected. Helpful shop attendants, excellent systems (I purchased online and opted to pick from the store), good bargains.

Delivery of one of the products I ordered was delayed.

Like the place i always buy my electronics there and my phones it got bathrooms thats a plus.

Never go Sunday day at best buy, I spent 40 minutes to TRY to buy a cell phone. All the attendants seemed to be running from us just because they were not in the sansumg and Apple sector, and just when an attendant came along (he did not even look at our face) he said he did not have the phone in stock (even though it was exposed in two places ).
Note: I watched another 20 minutes and the cell phone was not removed from the display.

Sadly there wasn't what I was searching for in the store.

Eh it's a best buy. I've worked in the area over the years so I've bought a thing or two here. Recently it has smelled like hobo inside. Maybe some hobo snuck in and hid as they were closing up to enjoy the air conditioning. It smells like hobo though. Horrible.

Managers and sales people that are great while assisting with your purchase.

Clean, organized, some nice rep's but when an Item is in stock and it's popular they hold it for themselves. I went in to purchase Pay Day 2 for the Nintendo Switch the guy kept telling me they didn't have it in stock even though I called and they told me they did. I even checked online to see if they did. The rep continued to say they didn't and that maybe it just got sold. Well the game did get sold to another rep holding it for himself which is against company policy also you can't purchase an item while you're on the clock have to be clocked out. He told me he can order it but I wouldn't get it for 2 weeks. He then recommended me to go to GameStop -_- I'm an Elite Plus member with Gamer Club unlocked I'm loyal to Best Buy why the hell would you bring up the competition. I ordered it myself online got my discount and used my points towards the game. Due to my Elite Plus status I received next day delivery. This store is usually great I guess some rep's were replaced with those who could care less about the company they work for. They only care about their own gain.

Been coming to this location for a very long time & have seen a lot of changes. The movies are located on the lower level along with cameras,laptops,tvs, computer accessories, home appliances.

It's great, i just walk-in and could not locate what i was looking for and i ended up asking being directed, but prior to me even getting a quarter away from the geek squad an employee walks up and guides me and answers all inquiries ! Right on, and i obtained more GBs than i intended hey
