Very good you find everything but expensive since it is on fifth avenue but you are looking for what you need and the very attentive staff help you choose the best products I recommend this store I do not know how the others in Manhattan are, it is my opinion I hope it will serve you my review

I was going to buy a screen protector for my iPhone. Then I was told it would cost me $8 to have the salesperson put the screen on my phone. A process that would take 10-15 seconds. Never again will I shop at a Best Buy. Off the charts greed.

Great customer service. Went in to pick up an open box item. When I asked to inspect the item before leaving they were more than accommodating. I then had a question about my Geek Squad covered phone and got to meet with a geek squad rep even without an appointment. (Appts were few morning).

Typical Best Buy just smaller and multi-level because it s NYC. They have a good selection of electronics and a limited but bail-you-out selection of actual (internal) computer parts.

Till ridiculous that their cheapest HDMI cables are 25 bucks but whatever. It s NYC.

Hit or miss depending which staff on duty. Every employee knows dam well when customer looking to ask a question, so there were two employees (A.A)blue shirt by the arlo camera section just chatting it up not even trying to make eye contact. Then finally approached another blue shirt dude(a.a) and he helped me but didnt look pleased I think he was suppose to be going on lunch.

This store is always super crowded because of its location but it has everything you ll ever need from an electronics store. Went in quickly to get a TV for an event and was pleasantly surprised to find deals in a Manhattan store, lucky me.

Worst customer service experience. They definitely...

Worst customer service experience. They definitely don't know what they are doing especially the Manager Archie. I went into the store with a approved confirmation number on my Geek squad replacement for my 55inch TV. Initially i was told that i need to go to Home theaters section and they would help me out. I went to home theater section but they said they don't know any such process. I came back to customer service where I was made to wait for nearly 30 min and later i was told they are not sure what to do and that is when they thought of contacting their manager. One of the agent was apprehensive to call the manager he even said the manager may not know it either. To make things worse here comes the manager Archie and shrubs me in bad tone saying this is something they don't do and i need to call customer care. I told him politely that the customer service specifically told me to contact the store customer service to get my replacement. But he was not in any mood to listen to and and kept saying i need to contact 888-BEST-BUY. There after i had to go through the ordeal of waiting for an customer care who had to transfer me to 10 different people and finally got transferred back to geek squad replacement and delivery team who told me again to contact store. Alright at this point i had lost all my patience not knowing what to do with my replacement. I finally decided to call a different store who said this is a normal process and i could walk in any time and their customer service will be able to help me in store. Not sure why Best Buy customer service in the 5th avenue did not have any knowledge and also not being apologetic for not knowing the process and making me go through an ordeal.

Interesting to see the goods and prices. There is a branch on 5th Av at 42th St, therefore on the tourist routes. As always, it is good to know the prices in Italy to evaluate well, remembering that, as always, about 9% of taxes must be added to the displayed price.

Nice staff overall nice experience. Everyone was helpful. There are Street parking on the street. No parking on the Ave itself. You can place your orders online for quick pickup. I recommend coming to here.

There is couple of stairs I'm not sure if it's wheel chair accessible

I went in the store to purchase a lenevo laptop on sale. It was sold out in my area so I called this store 2 times to make the SKU # and they have it available. I go there and the customer rep says it's NOT THERE. He goes searching around and says there's 1 only and it's open box (they had 3 in stock). I ask to speak to their manager and the manager says the same thing. At this point I am frustrated enough to yell at the manager, and she disappeared for a good 30 minutes. As soon as I am about to leave the store the manager "magically' found a brand new unopened one right underneath the Lenovo section where I was standing. If I did not ask for the manager or go above and beyond I would have been left without a laptop. POOR customer service. Please stay away from this store or Best Buy if you want a good experience. Most of the "helpful reps" do not even understand basic computer architecture. ($8 an hour salary for a reason). The manager who I spoke to was LaKeisha, Best Buy please take care of your store before you go bankrupt as brick and motors are getting outdated and with this customer service you will fall.

Stopped in for a quick purchase while on-the-go. The employees showed me where I wanted to go without a hassle (even though I missed the painfully obvious sign) and were friendly about it.There wasn't too bad of a wait and the service was reasonable. They tried to up-sell me on a warranty, but weren't pushy about it.

Very helpful staffs. Acceptable price but not for all stuffs. Range of products sold are not many. Only the most popular one. We couldn't find a laptop we're looking for. Some discounts offer here. Recommended place to visit if you are into electronics.

The in store is great with olenty of help but the phone service is horrible .Early morning when store is empty i still cant get through even trying different departments ,, i know because i work nearby and i often go inside.This has been on going and unhappy about that.
