Jared Paletti was the most diligent and honest broker I've worked with in my 10+ years of living in NY. He made the entire deal process very transparent, and followed up quickly on all questions and concerns. Jared made himself accessible day and night, and helped removed much of the stress from what is typically a challenging process. I highly recommend working with Jared.

Delroy was professional and understanding. Although we had a tough schedule due to work conflicts, he was flexible and understood the market well. He laid out our options honestly and took pains to walk us through the process.

Unlike many brokers, that try to sell you what you don't need, so they don't have to do the leg work in order to find you what YOU need, Ralph did an excellent job finding us the space we need.

Highly recommended, especially Alex Caballero. Professional, efficient, and thorough. We had a short deadline to find someone to take over our lease or face a hefty fine. We went first with one brand name brokerage who took up a lot our time with incessant questions, but brought in no one for weeks with a lot of excuses. We got a referral for Alex and gave him our listing: he efficiently only asked what he needed in his first call, and, to top it off, brought in a prospective renter within a few days.

Alex Cabalerro helped us found our amazing apartment in Financial District! We are new to New York and are not familiar with the area, yet. Alex gave a good intro to each of the neighborhoods around the area to help us make better decisions. He was attentive and responsive throughout the process, and gave great tips to NY housing! Alex Caballero was a dream come true for us after we tried and failed to find tenants for our apartment. He was extremely professional, efficient, and communicative. This was the first time we were renting and it can be an intimidating process when there are several aspects that a first timer is not familiar with. Luckily, my husband and I were fortunate to work with Brittany Pope. Not only does Brittany have an awesome personality, but she thoroughly gets the job done. She was very knowledgeable about the Financial District, ensured that she made the best use of our time by showing our rentals that aligned with our bucket list, even when the list changed as we saw several listings. At the end of the day, Brittany knew what we were looking for and guided us until we were comfortable that we found our home and signed the lease. I also think she s a fantastic person/broker because she did not just forget about us after the lease was signed. If we had any questions, concerns or clarification, we were always given the green light to contact her. I highly recommend her and thank her very much for our lovely apartment in FIDI. Mr. Delroy Bodley was a pleasure to work with! He was very helpful and got us a lease signing in literally 3 days. He was very attentive and had great communication skills. He went above and beyond for me and my sisters in getting us approved. He was a great middle man for us and the home owner. Will be referring him to all friends and family.

Delroy was extremely attentive and very personable! He was able to act as a great liaison between us and our future landlord. We felt comfortable to ask any questions, and always were met with thorough answers. Delroy also has a great relationship with the owner and the community. We would recommend him!

And the award for worst customer service and agent goes to... Brittany Pope. She told me 3 minutes before our meeting to "let's cancel". Due to the fact that I listed one apartment that she was going to show me that I saw already. I was at the location that we we're scheduled to meet at already.

She's a rude, inconsiderate, and greedy human being. It was all about her time! Well what about the person's time and money you just wasted?!?!? Very upsetting experience from this person. I'm sorry she represents your business.

Delroy was super helpful and patient with me. He showed me multiple apartments at 15 Park Row and made sure I was completely satisfied. I never felt pressured and always felt that he was respectful and kind. Even after I signed my lease he was kind enough to answer my questions regarding setting up services.
