Great job and very quick turn around. I dropped off my daughters laptop on a Wednesday around 1:00 PM they called me at 4:00 pm to let me know what the problem was. He had it fixed next day. 24 hour turn around. Plus was also a great price.
As my son stated, I took his gaming tower in pre covid to be repaired. Covid strikes store is closed...ok no problem...I have been trying to get my sons tower back for over a week! GM/owner or whatever he calls himself first tried to give me a tower that was not my sons, now claims the tower is missing! Never mind the fact his X employee offered to buy it from me however I declined! Yesterday GM/owner gives me said X employees phone number I call him on speaker phone with GM right next to me, X employee claims he does not know where the tower is! Now GM/owner claiming he is waiting for X employee to return from vacation (vacation where during a quarantine, and how is he returning if he is no longer an employee) Now GM/owner has blocked all of our numbers and refuses to rectify the situation! I will he following up with the proper authorities today! Do not use these people, as we were there another gentlemen came in for his tower and we watched the GM/owner attempt to give him the wrong tower as well!

Poor customer service skills. Perhaps trained in an unintelligent barn. Can't keep track of customers inventory. More lies spew out of this dirtbag than what he accuses others of. Get your lies straight man.
I have very bad experience laptop was never fixed. Kept flickering after they charge credit card and refuse to fix it or refund me they money. I took it to another shop they fix it. Worst place to fix your computer.

This place is great. They work fairly quickly, keep you updated on what's going on and also let you know what has to be done/what they did. Prices are good also.
Owner is completely incompetent at their job. When asked why product wasnt fixed correctly he resorts to anger and name calling. I dont understand how this place is even in buisness. Upon reading other recent reviews owner shows true colors by calling people "thieves, liars, and even calling a kid unintelligent". This is completely unacceptable behavior from someone you trust with your property. If you are considering going here, please save yourself the headache and dont. Believe me when I say, this place does not deserve your business.
