Exactly one year later and I am still so excited looking back at how amazing of a job Puff'n Stuff did. They catered our wedding at a private venue in Orlando. Everything form the initial consultation to the final presentation was more than we could ask for. Highly recommended!

Where does one begin when you are totally Impressed and blown off your feet. The answer is not so simple when your palate has been tantalized with such fine cuisine. It was a pleasure to have worked with these Ladies at the Sheraton:

We have never seen caters so dedicated and well prepared!
They Brought their own Trash cans, bags, Tables and cloths, Oven, Food warmer, Plates and utensils. The Banquet team was taken by surprise and all we could do was stand and watch these ladies perform their magic as we have never experienced such and at the end of it all, they were taking the trash with them as well.
To say that we were impressed is an understatement. This company and its team is the very definition of excellence in every role and on behalf of Grace and the Banquet Team we truly appreciated working with you guys and would repeat the process again and again.

Let me not get started on the food because we just felt like we died and went to Heaven! The Cuban Cigars were at the pinnacle of perfection along with every piece of food that was prepared. Must I also add that they prepared all the food on spot and the only thing we had to provide these ladies with was space and electricity. I can't stop ranting because of all the caters we have dealt with you guys at Puff 'n Stuff are the absolute best at what you do and we greatly appreciated your hard work and the level of professionalism displayed.

Very professional business going on here compared to their competitors. Yes they are more expensive, but their confidence and professionalism makes up for that massively.

They care deeply about the food they offer, and the person who took us through their menu was not only knowledgeable about the entire thing, but also refreshingly honest.

The company sold the Orchid Garden venue and cancelled our contract for our wedding venue with no advanced notice that they were even looking to sell. Only months from our planned day we now have to find a new venue.

We just had Puff & Stuff Cater an event at our house. Puff & Stuff did an awesome job and the food was fabulous!! We had chicken and two types of pasta and all of it was excellent. I have to mention how YUMMY THE CHICKEN WAS; and we all know that getting chicken on a buffet can be risky sometimes; but not with Puff & Stuff. The chicken was spot on!! Ryan was easy to work with and we came up with a menu at a price point that worked for us. Delivery of everything was on time and perfectly placed. They provided everything we needed for the meal. A big thank you to Ryan and Puff & Stuff for such excellent service!

Went to an event they did the other day and it was fantastic. The food and beverages were done well and the staff knew how to provide great service. They made the event great!

The food was magnificent and the banquet staff was amazing... but actually dealing with Puff n Stuff leading up to the day of was really stressful for a few reasons... They had two people working on our wedding, and it seemed like the two didn't communicate any details from meetings about our wedding with each other. This lead to a lot of miscommunication, frustration, and one of the women with Puff n Stuff at one point even tried to get me to have some of my vendors be listed as regular guests because she didn't understand how they were working! We had to constantly repeat ourselves, fight for things that were promised, and it was a lot of unnecessary stress leading up to our wedding day. Honestly if the food didn't taste good and their underpaid banquet staff wasn't as awesome as they were, I'd have given them 1 star. We were originally booked with Puff n Stuff through The Ballroom at Church Street, but were notified over the summer that in November the venue was being demolished. Puff n Stuff promised us that they would do everything in their power to find us a new venue that was suitable for us, and their CEO even said on the local news how they were going to relocate everyone affected. This was clearly just crocodile tears to save face to the media, as they only suggested one venue to us and it was TERRIBLE! We had to do all of the leg work in finding a new venue ourselves. Luckily they worked with us after we found a new place to keep it within our original budget, but that was largely at my urging and not something they probably would have offered. And then later in the planning process, things that we were told originally were free were then suddenly not included and were additional charges - again, something I had to fight for that added unnecessary stress. Shouldn't be the couple's fault that you continued taking money despite knowing that a venue was going to be closed down.

Puff'n Stuff is the exclusive event caterer for our wedding venue, Ballroom at Church Street in downtown Orlando, so it was an easy choice. However, what was not easy was making menu decisions among all of their amazing selections! They offer almost every food you can think of, and can cater to any style. We had a formal wedding, but still wanted to incorporate some of our favorite foods. Brittany was very knowledgeable about the food options and was able to recommend perfect choices to meet our requests. Our tasting was to die for, and the quality withstood our large guest count. We received many compliments on the food after the fact. The service on the day of was outstanding- from our personal server at our sweetheart table, to bartenders, chefs and servers. Everyone was pleasant and accommodating. I would highly recommend for any event!

Mary and the Puff 'N Stuff crew were amazing to work with. They did a fantastic job with the tasting and made the planning process much easier.

If you want a caterer that provides delicious food and exceptional service, look no further. This staff was on point when it came to managing the buffet, and taking care of our guests. They were on top of it all. So impressed with the level of service and attention to detail. And our guests loved the food. Four thumbs up!

We got the pleasure to work with Brittany for our wedding at the Orchid Garden. Everything was from our tasting to our wedding was amazing. They are so easy to work with and they made sure we got the exact food we wanted for our wedding. We added on the blazing donut station which was the best decision ever. Our guests loved it!!!! We found out a guest had switched to a vegetarian diet about 3 days before our wedding. Even with little notice they were able to accommodate a special meal for her. They truly want you to be happy. We switched a couple of things after we finalized our menu after our tasting and again it wasn t a big deal to them at all. The quality of the food was great. Everything was hot and the food was fresh. We were very happy with Puff N Stuff from beginning to end. If you are lucky enough to work with Brittany just know you are in good hands! She responds quickly to emails and suggests things to personalize the food at your wedding. That is how we found out about the blazing donuts.

WOW. Hands down best experience with a caterer, ever. I hired Puff 'n Stuff Catering for our wedding reception, and was absolutely blown away. Brittany, Amy and the entire Puff team were wonderful to work with, from booking to event execution. We had a backyard wedding reception at the house my husband grew up in, which is definitely a "non-traditional venue". I will just say that it was not a turn-key event to plan, and Puff coordinated every detail with ease. I'm still getting calls from our guests, and the second thing they say after congratulating us is "The flaming doughnut station at your wedding was everything!". The food was perfection. The servers were seasoned professionals. Our bartenders did not skip a beat the entire night! I cannot thank you enough for making our wedding day so special.

Went to an event at puff n stuff a few weeks ago. They prepared all the food right in front of our eyes. Pasta, fish, lamb chops and dessert. The experience was top notch. The team was extremely professional.

My husband and I held our post-wedding brunch at Puff 'n Stuff's venue Ballroom at Church Street a couple of months ago. From the omelette station to the mimosa/bloody mary bar, they were very accommodating to our special requests and everything was absolutely delicious.

We hired Puff n Stuff to cater our engagement party. Booking and coordination was seamless, and all of the staff were very responsive. At the party, the staff were friendly and professional. And the food... I cannot say enough to describe how incredible! We've never received so many compliments! Thank you Puff n Stuff!

I had a great experience working with Heidi & Ashley for a last minute event. They were so pleasant took my limited information my boss had provided me with to have a catering event put on with a 2 day notice. They got back to me within 25 minutes after talking to the chef and provided an excellent menu for kids and adults. I loved the customer service and look forward to working with them again on my next one.

We had such a great experience with Puff N Stuff! Amy and Brittany did such a great job making sure everything for our wedding was perfect! The food was amazing and we got many compliments from it. The staff made sure my husband and I had a plate of food waiting at our table while we treated our guests! Our drinks were full the entire night and the staff was more than perfect!

We recently had Puff 'n Stuff cater our daughter's wedding in New Smyrna Beach. From the planning, the tasting, the options that were given, and the overall service from Mary, and the entire team, all we can say is Wow!!! Our guests could not say enough nice things about how delicious the food was, how hot it was, how everything was presented so well! The day of team that was at the wedding were amazing! My daughter wanted to go with another vendor, as the pricing was a bit more competitive... I had assured her that Puff 'n Stuff was worth a few extra dollars... at the end of the wedding, she told my wife and I she was so glad that we went with Puff 'n Stuff! Warren Dietel is the owner, and my hats off to him and his team! Talk about over delivering! Thank you Warren and Puff 'n Stuff for such a wonder job at one of the most important events we will ever put on!

The food and the service that they offer all of their events are absolutely breathtaking!

I worked with Puff 'n Stuff to catering to cater a small (21 ppl.) holiday party in a private home and it was PERFECT! Emily was so pleasant to work with during the planning phase (always very responsive) and Kelly executed our event perfectly. The food quality was top-notch and enjoyed by all. I can't find one area where I'd recommend improvements.

We even changed our mind on our main course selection weeks prior to the wedding and they willingly changed our dish and assisted in a second tasting! The service at our wedding was impeccable, with kind, courteous and professional staff. Cannot day enough great things about Puff n Stuff catering - we came in town for 5 days for a family reunion and last minute had another catering company cancel.

I scrambled, Google d and found Puff n Stuff.

They could not have been more accommodating, kind and put together great menus. The food and staff all weekend was spectacular. They catered breakfast, lunch and dinner for us for the 5 days and everything was top notch.

If we come back to Orlando in the future we will absolutely use them again!!

The last few years we have been using this catering company for our holiday party. This year and last year, it was noticeable to our guests that there was not enough food to serve based on our head account.

More importantly, when the menu selection for this year s party was not reviewed and agreed upon, the company assumed the previous year meu would suffice! When it was attempted to discuss what had happen about the amount of food served and the miscommunication, there was absolutely no accountability on their part and to add insult we were told our guested were big eaters!

I ve had the privilege to twice experience the Puff n Stuff difference in the last few weeks. One of my clients recently ordered boxed lunches for an all-employee meeting and what a difference from the normal soggy or stale sandwich and bagged potato chips it was! I had a chicken, Gouda, pear sandwich on a light, lovely bun, complete with homemade potato chips and a wonderful salad! It was so good, I brought my other half home! I was then treated to an exquisite handmade butternut squash filled ravioli. It was served with a spectacular sage cream sauce with flash-fried fresh sage leaves. It was sincerely to die for! Whether you re looking for a reasonable meal for the office or planning an event of any size, quality counts and Puff n Stuff will collaborate with you to DELIVER! As a repeat customer for many years, I don t have enough good things to say about them and their customer service!

I was so impressed with the level of detail and service that Puff 'n Stuff provided for our Gala this past weekend! The staff was absolutely amazing and engaged with our needs to perfection. The food was delicious and our attendees all had wonderful things to say about the whole experience!

Our staff was so impressed with the lunches they received for our staff meeting. Each gourmet "box lunch" was made with very fresh fruit salad, a great sandwich and homemade double fudge brownie. We had a good variety to choose from and the meals were ready on time and served quickly. Thank you Ryan and Puff 'n Stuff, for your quality and professionalism. We will be using your services again!

Puff N Stuff catered the food for my wedding at Orchid Garden on 1/12. It was AMAZING!! I was surprised how flavorful it tasted and how well it was presented. I also have to give major props because I, as well as a few of my guests, have dietary restrictions and they were able to make an amazing vegan and gluten free dish (and no it was not just a salad!) that was yummy and filling. The other main dishes included the seabass and beef short rib and according to my husband and guests- it all tasted great and cooked to perfection! So glad PNS was able to cater at my wedding!

They must be doing amazing as I called and spoke to someone there for my party needs and was promised a return call and or email concerning my event and no-one got back to me. I guess they don't need the business or the referrals. Must be nice to be in that situation.

We've used PnS Catering for years at our Annual Gala. Their food, service and presentation are superb and this past weekend was no exception!

I had Puff'n Stuff Catering help to put on an college alumni event in my home back in January, 2020. They did a wonderful job providing delicious food in amply supply. They also arranged the displays of food and very artfully and provided an expeditor who made sure that the foods were resupplied as needed during the time of the event. I would highly recommend them for doing an appetizer spread in this manner!

Puff n Stuff is my go to caterer in Orlando. As a planner you always want to refer your clients to the best and PnS always make that mark! I brought them on as a Preferred Caterer when I was running a venue and I just couldnt go wrong. Their food selection and quality is amazing and they always go above and beyond! HIGH QUALITY AND PROFESSIONAL. I hired puff'n stuff for my wedding and rehearsal dinner. I was so amazed by the quality of the food! The food was beyond amazing and delicious. It is THE BEST catered food I've ever had in my life. The entire team was incredible and so kind. They always made sure my husband and I were fed and that our drinks were always full. If I asked them for a favor or anything it was done within seconds. Puff'n Stuff was a perfect addition to my wedding day. Incredible they catered 60 person party no problem. Very professional and friendly we loved having them and will definitely not hesitate to use them again. I had the pleasure of speaking with Nicole earlier today. As a wedding planner I am always looking for the best possible options for my bride and groom while meeting all their needs, including financial. During our conversation it became evident this young couple would not be able to have Puff N Stuff cater their wedding.
I was overwhelmed when she graciously gave me another caterer who might be able to meet their needs. This was after taking the time to cover all the services they offer.
In this day and age of competitiveness, how refreshing for someone to pay it forward.

Don't worry about scheduling a holiday party with this company. I called today and their sales rep Damian Keenan told me that the minimum amount for their party bookings this season is $3000. You have to be kidding me.
