Supposedly two flights gave us our home insurance Preventiva Seguros in the end you pay more than if you made the reservation with the airline directly, in theory they give you the ticket and you pay the rates closed, but doing it with the company directly you pay everything at a lower price .
Ultimately Preventiva Seguros washed their hands because they pass the ball to each other.
