Ticket was given in a poorly signed no parking zone (by a park -- why?) to my and a whole line of other cars who were clearly not aware of the city's parking trap. Appeals system supported the parking scam despite the sign being damaged and bent 90 degrees and not findable even with the standard "walk a whole block to make sure I'm obeying all the conflicting and hidden parking signs" hunt. Perhaps not surprisingly, the system is automatically deferential to the NYPD. Dexter Eng and other ALJs serve day-to-day to make people's lives worse and to create work for everyone so that he and the city can make a few cheap dollars. Might not be their fault, but the place is a con and not worth your time.

So i had someone duplicate my out of state license plate that does not belong to me now. I received over 6 parking and stop light violations. Ive never been to NYC and definitely dont plan on changing that now.. ive talked to several people and have been trying to get the correct paper work. All I can say is yall suck. I had a 10:40 am appointment this morning to replace my ID NYC I went with all my documents (same ones I took last year to get a new one ) And this girl didn't even give me the time to explain myself about having lost my previous id , I already filed a complaint to 311 because this was by far the worst customer service ever !! I asked when does her boss walk in so I can speak to him she said 2pm , like are you kidding me ? I had a 10:30 am app what am I supposed to do for 3 hours ? Hang around and wait , while you can simply help me. I don't know what the issue was I brought it all documentation. Can Management please talk to your staff about customer service we just came to take out an id it's not a big deal. if you don't like your job then quit !!! ( This lady was young, black and with a shaved haircut. ) 1 star for customer service if I can give zero I would !!!!

Along with the other frustrated and dissatisfied citizens, I would like to offer Zero stars if I could. This place is horrible. The tellers there are rude and won t even give you a chance to explain your story before jumping down your throat to tell you that you and your information are wrong. I went in to make a payment. The ladies were rude and incompetent. One had to keep asking another for help and the other was just very nasty and rude. You think with all that attitude my paperwork would have been processed correctly....WRONG!! Once I finally got everything situated I had to call the boot people (third party) myself, several times only for them to keep telling me that the people at This business center didn t fill out anything properly on there end and I still have a balance. My day was a waste. I don t think that as a tax paying citizen that I should get treated the way I did and have to have missed work to go through a 7hr run around to get this whole issue situated.

After my great experience today at the NYC ID office I feel that I have to leave my positive review, they were so polite and helpful, it just took me about 20 minutes. Probably because I pay and fill the application online, I bring everything that they asked for, and well I am a polite person I think everything counts.

Public communication is good, many buses and Metro tech Station in walking distance. Everybody knows their jobs, so there is nothing to be harassment. Sitting and waiting area is big.

I work for access a ride and my job is after drop the customer off I have to help them because they need help , but I got ticket for that and the lady judges room 38 pleaded guilty because I was helping an old lady , what a shame no respect what so ever , and because of that not gonna help my passengers anymore . Also she will get old one day I hope there will be a day when nobody will help her (I mean the judge)
