This is an alarming situation for tax payers! I am in total shock of what I saw and experienced in my first and last visit to this place. This should not be part of NYC. This is a disgrace to our city. I contacted the Mayor of NYC Mr. De Blasio office regarding what happened today which I hope not to happen to any human being call this great city home. This place should be put under scrutiny and all employees must go through extensive work training. I call on any public and elected officials, community leaders and activists to support change the situation in the office. Brooklyn needs respectful and decent service.
