Thank you Emelda - such excellent customer service! I recently shopped in this store, I was greeted warmly and enjoyed my shopping experience. Emelda was there to offer her suggestions, but not once did I feel 'crowded'. Since returning home - I've made an additional purchase with them. Clothing is value for money.

This review may change tomorrow morning, however as it stands right now a 1 star is all it gets. This morning I stopped in the store and found a very cute pair of sandals. I purchased them for a total price of $31.00. I wore them out of the store so I did not receive a box for them.. I did receive a bag for my other shoes. The I took the receipt to the room which was subsequently cleaned up by housekeeping as trash. We left the hotel and went to macys and when walking in the store the shoe strap broke. I was forced to buy new shoes at macys to wear for the day. Upon our return to the resort I attempted to return the shoes for an in store credit or anything and was denied... they did not even last 30 mins. The manager refused to speak to me over the phone. I will make sure not a single person I know and others know this is the customer service and quality of the items sold in this store. horrible...
Stopped in while at the Venetian. Beautiful clothes but the customer service experience there by Lucy left a bad taste. While browsing, she approached and introduced herself. We proceeded to the back of the store where we met Kimberly who helped md choose 3 blouses and placed them in a dressing room. Lucy came back and was so aggressive towards Kimberly. It was so uncomfortable I ended up not making any purchase. Kimberly was very helpful and super professional.

Looking for that great peice of clothing ... this is the place ... they sell brand names ... Gracia, Clara Sun, Joseph Ribcoff, & Frank Lyman collection and other beautiful peices!! And the staff are fantastically first hand ready to assist your needs! Awesome store!!!
