Worst experience ever!!! I had a 10:40 am appointment this morning to replace my ID NYC I went with all my documents (same ones I took last year to get a new one ) And this girl didn't even give me the time to explain myself about having lost my previous id , I already filed a complaint to 311 because this was by far the worst customer service ever !! I asked when does her boss walk in so I can speak to him she said 2pm , like are you kidding me ? I had a 10:30 am app what am I supposed to do for 3 hours ? Hang around and wait , while you can simply help me. I don't know what the issue was I brought it all documentation. Can Management please talk to your staff about customer service we just came to take out an id it's not a big deal. if you don't like your job then quit !!! ( This lady was young, black and with a shaved haircut. ) 1 star for customer service if I can give zero I would !!!!
