Asked multiple times to cancel my order and issue a refund. Cancelling was no problem, but getting a refund was impossible. Wouldn't return calls and told me several times that refund was approved and taken care of, when it wasn't. Had to file a dispute with my bank after 2 weeks of asking for a refund and never receiving one. Will NEVER do business with again. Buyer beware.
