The experience so far with New England Retail has been horrible - I have spoken with a customer service representative at least 5 times trying to get my order delivered. First attempt of delivery, the truck broke down - no call to let us know - it wasn't until I called well after the appointment window - The second attempt of delivery the driver called 5 minutes before the 4 hour delivery window ended saying they would not be there for another 25 minutes. I attempted to reschedule this and the representative was rude and interrupted me many times and I asked her to please hear me out and she shouted at me telling me that she was trying to schedule my delivery. I asked her to not be rude to me and she shouted "you're not getting your order" and hung up on me.... not a happy customer at all....
