The experience so far with New England Retail has been horrible - I have spoken with a customer service representative at least 5 times trying to get my order delivered. First attempt of delivery, the truck broke down - no call to let us know - it wasn't until I called well after the appointment window - The second attempt of delivery the driver called 5 minutes before the 4 hour delivery window ended saying they would not be there for another 25 minutes. I attempted to reschedule this and the representative was rude and interrupted me many times and I asked her to please hear me out and she shouted at me telling me that she was trying to schedule my delivery. I asked her to not be rude to me and she shouted "you're not getting your order" and hung up on me.... not a happy customer at all....

Terrible company. They literally never answer their phone. Ever.

I live 45 minutes away from them and they still took over a month to deliver my coffee table. Apparently they are "backed up" with deliveries. What a joke.

A highly unprofessional and disorganized business. I was very disappointed with the service I received. Their website tracking page was down 50% of the time, making it very difficult to track my package. Then they delayed my shipment after I had already confirmed the delivery time and date. On the date it was rescheduled, my husband stayed home all day waiting for them. They called me ONCE and left a voicemail saying they would arrive in 30 to 40 minutes, which put them in the middle of the delivery window they provided. Keep in mind I had already confirmed that specific delivery window. I called back 40 minutes later, and no answer. My husband and I continued to call for the remainer of the delivery window and the rest of the business day and never received an answer. We left 5 voicemails at two phone numbers they provided. The next morning I called to complain and the person on the phone had no idea we had tried to contact them at all or that our delivery hadn't arrived. It was then rescheduled for the following week, meaning that by the time it finally came I had waited over a month for it. I will never do business with anyone associated with such a disorganized company with such horrible customer service. We never received an apology and by the way, shipping my item cost $100! A total ripoff!

did $4000 to my home and now are saying they wont repair the damages even though the driver forged my signiture on the delivery papers.... see u in court..... ps. check youtube for the video of them in an enterprise rental truck with lift gate, throwing brand new bobs couches out of there truck.... couch still in the wrapper!!!! unreal!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Horrible, terrible, down right messy and totally unprofessional. Call three times to get mattress delivered. First time, they called 10 minutes away, never showed up. Second time, scheduled delivery, called the same day to say order was not placed on truck. Third time, scheduled delivery, called same day to say order was not placed on truck. Called the number but no answer. Delivery guy said he would refer message on to Supervisor to call me back in 45 minutes. No call from anyone. Ridiculously shameful.

I ordered a sofa and armoire through Wayfair and New England Retail Express will be making the final delivery. I received confirmation through Wayfair on the delivery date, but have not heard from New England Retail Express. After reading many of the negative reviews online I am extremely concerned about the shipment. Furthermore, as New England Express has not yet given me a 4-hour window during which to expect the delivery, I have not been able to ask for time off work. I have been calling New England Retail Express for the past week, multiple times, to try to get the 4-hour window and they have never answered. Just now I tried to call one more time and the receptionist picked up (I know because I could hear people talking in the background) and hung up. This is a very frustrating situation and if I do not hear from New England Retail Express soon, may even become a deterrent from using Wayfair, although I have been extremely impressed with other aspects of their service.

What can I say - This Company is a joke and probably the worst service I've EVER had to work with. Had a delivery scheduled today and received a call asking for directions to my home because their GPS can't find my road ..Yeah I have 2 GPS devices and both of them find my road just fine.. OK I give then directions and then the guy figures he's about an hour away and I hear him complain under his breath that it's already 1:30 this it's gonna happen , he said he would call back if he had any more problems. 10 minutes later I get a call from their dispatch saying they have had a truck malfunction and won't be able to make it . LAZY LAZY IDIOTS think we're too stupid to figure out that we're being lied to . This delivery played out just as many others have said in their reviews of this company. Unfortunately when you buy large items from big box stores for home delivery this is the type of service you get for your money. They now say they will deliver on Wednesday.. Not sure i'll take the day off from work to just to wait to be screwed again

I am trying to reschedule delivery for my bed from tomorrow but haven't been able to get hold of them on the phone. They never pick up the phone. After reading all the negative reviews, we're really concerned about this delivery.
