There is a coffee shop at the ground floor named "COW" The staff is very rude. The ambience is very nice but because of that, I don't want to visit there again. That's a shame.

Stayed here for around 6 months while I went to school. Very convenient with bus station right outside the building, close to Seoul station exit 12 and walking distance to Lotte Mart. Clean and neat. Clubhouse facilities were excellent. There s a Woori bank on the G/F which was convenient as I banked there. I was lucky enough to get a room with an unblocked view on 28/F - I absolutely loved my stay here!

I visited for a while and the facilities were clean and the parking lot was spacious and nice.
Very nice avomodation. I lived there for 5 months total a bit more than a year a go and it's probably the newest more modern and well equipped residence in Seoul. Specially good for foreign students. The price is not cheap but it's ok for what it offers. The only downside is the location. Seoul station area is ugly, close to close places but if you want to stay within a walking distance from twincity, you won't find anything interesting. Also it's very ugly.
I went to visit a friend I didn't have time to interact with the staff but in general I liked the facilities
